The N2750A Seriesdifferential probes offer 2:1 and 10:1dual attenuation settings, allowingthem to be used for a broad range ofapplications. InfiniiVision andInfiniium oscilloscopes’ AutoProbeinterface.2The new differential probes have aninput resistance of 200 kΩ (differential)or 100 kΩ (each input to ground) andan extremely low input capacitanceof 700 fF to minimize circuit loading.This, accompanied with superior signalfidelity, makes these probes useful formost digital design and debug applications. And with their wide dynamicrange (10 Vpp) and offset range ( 15 V),these probes can be used in a widevariety of analog signal measurementsas well.

Superb UsabilityInfiniiModeThe N2750A Series probes come withnew InfiniiMode operation modes.The InfiniiMode allows convenientmeasurements of differential, singleended, and common mode signals witha single probe tip without reconnectingthe probe to change the connection.The N2750A probe’s InfiniiModeprovides the following modes ofoperation.–– A – B (differential)–– A – ground (single-ended A)–– B – ground (single-ended B)–– (A B)/2 – ground (common mode)Figure 1. You often have a need tocontrol the scope while you hold aprobe in your hand. With the quickaction scope control feature builtinto the probe, you can turn thebuilt-in headlight of the probe on andoff, or control some frequently usedscope functions such as RUN/STOP,auto scale, quick print, quick save,etc. with only a button press onthe probe. Get control of your mostneeded function with a push of thequick action control button on theprobe. Flexibility in probe use models is alsoa vital necessity. The probes comestandard with three different types ofexchangeable probe tips that allow foreasy connections to the circuit undertest. These probe tips enable you toaccess multiple signals on anythingfrom header connectors to hard-toreach, high-density circuitry. Theprobes are equipped with a white LEDheadlight to illuminate the circuit undertest which will help you see where youare probing.The probes are powered directly bythe AutoProbe interface, eliminatingthe need for an additional powersupply.
