A student with symptoms of a communicable disease. A student with head lice and/or nits. A student with a communicable rash. A student with a temperature of 100 degrees or greater. A student must be fever free without feverreducing medication for 24 hours before returning to school.Head LiceThe Winton Woods City School District has a "no nits" policy, as do most schools in the area. This means thatallHce and nits must be removed from a child's hair before returning to school. Each school has writteninformation detailing how to become free of head lice and nits.
