more than 30 years of experiencecrushing trap rockWE KNOW HOW TO CRUSH THIS HIGHLY ABRASIVE MATERIALIron Mountain Trap Rock currently drills andshoots a 135-foot rock face. The material is thenloaded into a 50-ton haul truck and dumped into aPrimary Jaw Crusher that crushes it down to an 8”minus.It is then conveyed approximately 2,000 feet tothe Secondary Plant where it is processed throughthree cone crushers and screened into the finishedproduct.Our portable plants are capable of producing over1,400 tons per hour. We produce more than 304rock gradations that meet all state, city, county andairport specifications.In addition to around-the-clock services, we canprovide jobsite blasting and crushing of stone.
