Expocad This product allows you to work within the graphical interface of EXPOCAD tocreate and modify booth assignments and then transfer that data to the iMISExposition Management system for invoicing and tracking of exhibitorinformation. The purpose of the EXPOCAD interface is to allow booth selection andassignments to occur in EXPOCAD while maintaining billing and prospectingcapabilities in iMIS. The EXPOCAD interface and iMIS Exposition Managementsystem work independently, but collectively: Booth inventory numbers are maintained in EXPOCAD. The ExpoCadExp event file contains all the data pertinent to renting, un-renting,or editing existing rented booth information EXPOCAD booth information is imported into iMIS based on booth assignmentactivity within EXPOCAD. All order processing is completed in the Exposition Management system.http://www.atsol.org/

Identify and track those who sponsored, exhibited orattended the show, and connect records of related groups,individuals, etc. This will create new company and peoplerecords in iMIS if necessary, then link the people to thecompanies through a relationship. Match incoming booth payments to exhibitors in iMIS andcreate activity records for booth sales and payments. Match incoming sponsorship payments to exhibitors in iMISand create activity records for sponsorship payments.
