Items Displayed: The Rocky Mountain Train Show (RMTS) is a Railroad Hobby Show- You may not displayor sell items that are not related to the hobby of model or toy trains and railroadiana.2. TCA Status: RMTS is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Division of the Train Collectors Association. Anyvendor selling product at the show must be a TCA member in good standing. If you are not a member, acompleted TCA membership application and payment must accompany this application. Table helpers mustpay a full registration fee. The TCA member is responsible for the behavior of their guests and helpers.3. Hours of Operation: All displays must remain up and functioning until 3 pm on Sunday. Packing before 3:00pm on Sunday is strictly prohibited. No sales may take place during setup hours.4. TCA Member Registration: Registration for non-selling members includes free admission for immediatefamily members and early admission at 8 am on Saturday. There will be no TCA admission packages sold afterthe registration cutoff date of 11/1/2021. If you do not preregister for the show by 11/01/2021 you will needto pay at the door as a public attendee.5. Admission Documents: Badges are issued for all vendors and must be worn at all times, including setuphours. Fill out the information for worker names on the other side of this form. Badges will be mailed to you inadvance of the show. You are not allowed access to areas beyond your table/ booth location during showsetup hours.
6. Sales Tax: RMTS carries a sales tax umbrella for the show. Taxes at the rate of 6.70% must be collected forall merchandise sold at the show and remitted to RMTS* at the end of the show.*This is subject to change, you may have pay your taxes to the local tax authorities.7. Posted Prices: All items for sale must be price tagged– price lists are not sufficient.8. Booth Sharing: If you choose to share a booth, the person you are sharing with MUST be a current TCAmember. A maximum of 2 members may share a booth. The primary seller is responsible for allcommunication and payment related to the booth and will receive the name badges. The secondary sellermust make their own arrangements with the primary seller.9. TCA Rules & Regulations: By submitting your registration, you agree to comply with all the rules andregulations of the Train Collectors Association (TCA) and the Rocky Mountain Division of the TCA (RMD-TCA).Further, you agree that you represent that all items you offer for sale are authentic and, in themanufacturer’s, original condition unless they have been appropriately marked such item.Hotel Accommodations:The Best Western Inn at I-25 and US 34 in Loveland is offering attendees of the Holiday Rocky Mountain TrainShow a super discounted rate of 90 per night (plus tax).
