A travel companion is anyindividual, designated by an eligible activeemployee, who will receive unlimited, onlinespace-available pass travel privileges comparable to those given to current pass eligiblefamily members. An eligible active employeemay designate a travel companion in lieu of aspouse or a registered domestic partner.Each calendar year, single co-workers mayregister one enrolled friend. Married co-workers may register an enrolled friend in lieu of aspouse or domestic partner.The enrolled friend program allows employeesand retirees who have a marital status of“single” with no spouse or qualified domesticpartner listed as a travel eligible to select anyone person to be their enrolled friend eligiblefor travel in a rolling 12-month period.
