This make-up test will be held February 14 at MLWGS from 8:00 am-1:00 pm. Written permission to attend the makeup test must be submitted in writing by December 9 to theGiftedSpecialist, Gifted Education Programs, 3820 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA 23223. This can be done through the Power School Parent Portal. See Specialty Center (star icon) menu on theleft.Reminders: Students cannot access the system until a Permission/Waiver Form is on file. Once the permission form is submittedonline, it will be 24 hours before they can access the Spec App Site. 5

If a parent can not access the online system, the counselor can provide a manual form to the parent. Uponcompletion, the counselor would login to PowerSchool and update the flag for that student.
