IT ALL STARTEDWITH A PARKWhen we set out to create Schuylkill Yards, weprioritized creating a central place that would bringthe community together. Drexel Square opened tothe public in June 2019 and is the first piece of 6.5acres of greenspace within our master plan. Today, the 1.3 acre park is our place to catch yoga, take anafternoon meeting outdoors, or enjoy a snack underthe shade of 23 soaring Dawn Redwood trees.2 BRANDYWINE REALTY TRUSTSCHUYLKILL YARDS 3

AN ICONIC ADDITION TOTHE SKYLINEWe like things a little different. A little less statusquo, a little more “oh, wow.” Working with our partnersat Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU) toartfully merge historic building materials with sleek, modern architecture, we designed two iconic Towers onJFK Blvd. From the outside, the West Tower’s neutralfaçade provides stark contrast against the East Tower’sbold palette, adding a pop of color to the skyline. Inside, spaces are open, energized, and bright.8 BRANDYWINE REALTY TRUSTSCHUYLKILL YARDS 9
