Sapio is the Regional Head of Aviationand Liability Claims for the Americas at AllianzGlobal Corporate & Specialty (AGCS). With acareer spanning more than 28 years in theinsurance industry, he has held executiveleadership roles in claims with Zurich, Fireman’sFund and Allianz. He has led teams of up to 600people and has developed claims strategies andtechnologies that have delivered premier customerservice and technical excellence while effectivelymanaging cost. Frank has also held the role ofCasualty Product Executive for Fireman’s Fund,where he was responsible for a 530MM GPWbook of casualty products.Frank is an honors graduate of Embry-RiddleAeronautical University and holds an MBA inOrganizational Management. He is a 10-yearveteran of the U.S. Air Force where he was an AirTraffic Control Tower and Precision ApproachRadar Supervisor and a Medical AdministrationSpecialist. Carmen also has the uniqueperspective of having worked as a flight attendantfor a regional airline.Carmen holds Bachelor of Arts degrees inSociology and Speech Communication, SummaCum Laude, from the University of Georgia and aJuris Doctor from the University of Georgia Schoolof Law. As the owner of a Cessna 172, Carmen isactive in the general aviation community.
