Our work towardsreconciliationCentral Adelaide has released its ‘innovate’Reconciliation Action Plan.Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) documentsour commitment and action towards reconciliation.The actions within it will help us foster newrelationships, strengthen existing partnershipswith all stakeholders, and ensure we take tangibleactions to support better economic, social, healthand wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander Australians.The RAP sets out the network’s vision to becomea centre for excellence in Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander health and wellbeing.
