IntroductionThe Central Depository & Settlement Corporation Limited (CDSC) is a limited liability Companyapproved by the Capital Markets Authority to provide automated clearing, delivery and settlementservices in respect of transactions carried out at Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) as well asholding of listed and non-listed securities including other documents of title on behalf of investors.PurposeThe purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bids from experienced serviceproviders to provide website maintenance of the CDSC website1.01.1General Submission Requirements/Instructions to BiddersCompletion and Submission of the RFPa) From the information and details on the following pages, a proposal document should beprepared, as the RFP response consisting of soft copy (PDF) sent on email torfp@cdsckenya.com and copy corporate@cdsckenya.com.b) The bids should be submitted on email and a Compact Disc (CD) / USB labeled“PROVISION OF WEBSITE MAINTENANCE SERVICES” to the CEO by 8 April2022 before 5:00 pm.c) Tender Validity: The proposal and price quote should have a validity of 90 daysd) The following proposals are required and should be appropriately labeled as: 1) The Administrative requirements - the Overview and profile of the companyincluding a brief description of the Agency’s organization and an outline of recentexperience on assignments of a similar nature, company registration /Incorporationcertificate and confirmation letter of availability of proposed staff throughout themaintenance services.2) The Technical Proposal – The website and maintenance services proposal seekingto demonstrate relevant competency and expertise to cover the items as per ourterms of reference.3) The Commercial proposal – Indicating all the details of pricing.Directors: A. 2 Requirements2.1Requirement BriefThe RFP response should include:Administrative requirementsa) A brief Introduction – This is a summary of your company history, accomplishments,philosophy and experience on similar assignments in the financial sector.b) A business registration or Incorporation certificatec) Confidential Business Questionnaired) Commitment letter that the proposed team will be available throughout the contract period.Technical Proposal: The proposal on how the firm will meet our requirements, covered in theterms of reference.a) Demonstrated understanding of our requirements with regard to maintaining our website asper our terms of reference, providing add-ons and recommendations. Proposed methodologywork plan and execution in undertaking the assignment.b) The experience of the firm on provision of similar services. The firm should provide a list ofreference sites where they have provided services covering website management services orsimilar assignments. Evidenced by submissions as requested, Contracts/LPO/Actual signedletters (scanned and appended or otherwise) or recommendations letters from past clientsc) The personnel to be involved and their qualifications for each area in scope provided.
