WHAT IS MEANINGFULUSE?Meaningful use sets specific objectives thateligible professionals (EPs) and hospitals mustachieve to qualify for Centers for Medicare &Medicaid Services (CMS) Incentive Programs.There are two EHR Incentive Programs.
