OverviewEOL13465Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco Business Edition 600012.5 version and remainder of Perpetual Licensing for Applications. The last day to order theaffected product(s) is April 24, 2021 . Customers with active service contracts will continueto receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 ofthe EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for theaffected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be availableunder the terms and conditions of customers' service contract.This bulletin applies to all Business Edition 6000-specific perpetual licenses under top level product ID RCBE6K-K9, including starter packs for new deployments, addon users for new or existing deployments, andversion / feature-level upgrades on existing deployments.This bulletin does NOT apply to Business Edition 6000/7000 appliances or the overall Business Edition 6000solution.Renewing to Collaboration Flex PlanCisco is committed to long-term support for our customers with on-premises calling deployments. We are alsocommitted to supporting our customers as they move to cloud calling. Our Collaboration Flex Plan supportsboth deployment models. In September 2021, we announced that customers with perpetual on-premisescalling deployments should renew to Collaboration Flex Plan. Some of the customer benefits of Flex Planinclude: Flexible payment methods – monthly, annual, and full Software Support that is included - never find yourself uncovered Simplified licensing structure Better license entitlements to Cisco Collaboration solutions An easy migration to the cloudThe last day to renew Software Support Services (SWSS) for perpetual on-premises calling has been moved upto October 30, 2021.
