TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOYOTAROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE1.Interpretation1.1In this document the following expressions have the following meanings:Assistance PeriodThe period during which We will provide Assistance Services, beingthe period of Your Membership of Toyota Roadside Assistance Service.(Notes: (1) The Assistance Period for new Eligible Vehicles is 1 yearfrom the date of the first registration of the vehicle in the UnitedKingdom by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. (2) TheAssistance Period for used Eligible Vehicles is the period as notified inOur Confirmation of Your Membership.Assistance ServicesThe provision of the Home Start Service, the Roadside AssistanceService, or the European Roadside Assistance Service.Authorised DriverAny person driving the Eligible Vehicle with Your permission andwith the legal right to do so at the time of the Breakdown.Note. (1) This includes Your Partner. (2) The Authorised Driver must belicensed and insured to drive the Eligible Vehicle. (3) We may contact Youto verify that a person has Your permission to drive the Eligible Vehicle.BreakdownAn unforeseen event when an Eligible Vehicle is immobilised as a resultof the failure of a mechanical or electronic part or system or combinationthereof (including any manufacturer’s accessory); a puncture; a lockout; theft; attempted theft; vandalism or a lack of fuel, oil or otherconsumable item. The failure of any part or system component may becustomer induced provided that it was accidental.CarA Category M1 passenger motor vehicle as defined in Directive2007/46/ECEligible VehicleThe Toyota vehicle declared on the application form for ToyotaRoadside Assistance by You and/or registered by Us as the vehicle inrelation to which We will provide Assistance Services in the event of aBreakdown during the Assistance Period.To qualify as an Eligible Vehicle the vehicle must:(a) have been branded and sold by Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA inEurope or Us in the UK as a Category M1 or N1 Toyota motor vehicle;(b) not have been modified structurally, mechanically or electronicallyotherwise with the permission of Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA orsave for the purpose of enabling it to be lawfully re-registered inthe United Kingdom;2

(c) have standard Toyota wheels and normal road tyres fitted to it; and(d) be registered in the United Kingdom.(Notes. (1) All Toyota vehicles imported into the United Kingdom byUs and sold by Us or by a Toyota Centre meet these qualifyingconditions. (2) Any vehicle in respect of which We hold a second stagwhole vehicle type approval certificates also meets these qualifyingconditions. (3) The fitting of a manufacturer’s approved accessory bya Toyota Centre will not be treated as modification for the purposeof condition (b). (4) You may have more than one Eligible Vehicle butmust submit a separate application for Membership for each one).3European RoadsideAssistance ServiceThe breakdown assistance service We provide to the Eligible Vehiclein the European Assistance Territories during the Assistance Period asdetailed in Section 4.European AssistanceTerritoriesMeans the following territories in which we provide European RoadsideAssistance Service: Albania; Andorra; Austria; Belarus; Belgium;Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Cyprus; Czech Republic;Denmark; Eire (the Republic of Ireland); Estonia; Finland; France(including Corsica); Germany; Gibraltar; Greece (including those of itsislands that are accessible by a commercial Car ferry service); Hungary;Italy (including Sardinia and Sicily); Latvia; Liechtenstein; Lithuania;Luxembourg; Malta; Monaco; Montenegro; Netherlands; Norway;Poland; Portugal; Romania; Russia; San Marino; Serbia; Slovakia;Slovenia; Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands but excludingCeuta and Melilla in North Africa); Sweden; Switzerland; the FormerYugoslav Republic of Macedonia; the Vatican City; Turkey (but onlyIstanbul and west of the Bosphorus) and Ukraine.Force Majeure EventAny circumstances beyond Our reasonable control and that of OurService Contractor including (without limitation) acts of God, acts of anygovernmental or supra national authority, war or national emergency,riots, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, severeweather conditions, epidemic, lock outs, strikes and other industrialdisputes, shortages of labour, materials and services and inability ordelay in obtaining supplies.Home Start ServiceThe breakdown assistance service We provide to the Eligible Vehicleat Your Home during the Assistance Period as detailed in Clause 2.Lock outInability to gain access to a vehicle as a result of loss, misplacement,failure or breakage of a key or lock.MemberBeing a member of Toyota Roadside Assistance Service.MembershipMembership of Toyota Roadside Assistance Service.Our Extended WarrantyThe extension to the manufacturer’s warranty that We provide forToyota Category MI and N1 vehicles.

Our Service ContractorThe Contractor who We engage to deliver the Assistance Services andsub-contractors and agents.Our WarrantyThe manufacturer’s warranty for new Toyota Category M1 and N1vehicles sold by Us or Our Extended Warranty for Toyota Category M1and N1 vehicles.Private RoadA road (which is not a Public Road) and a linked parking area to which:(a) in the case of the Eligible Vehicle, You, and any Authorised Driverhave a right of access in a Category M1 or N1 motor vehicle.Public RoadAny highway or road to which the public has the right of access in aCategory M1 or N1 motor vehicle and any verge thereto.Registered KeeperThe person identified on the V5 Registration Form or equivalent asbeing the registered keeper of the Eligible Vehicle.RoadA Public Road or a Private Road.Roadside AssistanceServiceThe breakdown assistance service We provide to the Eligible Vehicle inthe United Kingdom during the Assistance Period as detailed in Section 3.Toyota CentreAn official Toyota retail centre or service outlet appointed by ToyotaMotor Europe NV/SA or any of its national marketing and salessubsidiaries including Us.United KingdomThe territories of England, Wales, Scotland and, Northern Ireland plusthe Channel Islands and the Isle of Man as Crown Dependencies.VehicleA Category M1 or N1 motor vehicle as defined Directive 2007/46/EC.We, Our, UsToyota (GB) plc: Registered address at Great Burgh, Burgh Heath,Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5UX.Year365 consecutive days.You, Your, YourselfThe applicant for or member of Toyota Roadside Assistance Servicewho is the Registered Keeper of the Eligible Vehicle or, where theRegistered Keeper is not a natural person, the natural personnominated by the Registered Keeper or Our lessee to have the custodyand use of the Eligible Vehicle and the benefit of Membership.Your HomeYour permanent residential address in the United Kingdom asregistered by Toyota Roadside Assistance.Your VehicleThe Eligible Vehicle which You are the Registered Keeper of or wherethe Registered Keeper is not a natural person, the natural personnominated by the Registered Keeper or Our lessee to have the custodyand use of the Eligible Vehicle and the benefit of Membership.4

51.2The headings in this document shall not affect its construction.1.3Where the context so requires or admits, the masculine shall include the feminine and the neuterand the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.1.4Any reference in the document to a clause or a section is a reference to a clause or a section inthese Terms and Conditions.1.5Any reference to the legislation of the European Community, any territory of the United Kingdomor any European Assistance Territory shall be construed as a reference to the same as from timeto time amended, consolidated, modified, extended, re enacted or replaced and all subordinatelegislation and orders issued pursuant to such legislation.1.6The words “include”, “including”, “in particular” and any similar expression shall be construed asillustrating and not limiting the sense of the words that precede them.2.Home Start Service (UK Only)2.1If Your Vehicle suffers a Breakdown when it is being driven or attempted to be driven at Your Homeby You or an Authorised Driver then, on request, We will send a mechanic to Your Home as soonas possible at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver in order to determine and, if possible, repairthe fault so as to enable Your Vehicle to be safely driven again. You or the Authorised Driver willnot have to pay for Our Service Contractor’s mechanic’s labour costs but will have to pay for anyreplacement parts or consumable items that he has to fit or add to Your Vehicle to make drivableagain. We will reimburse You the cost of replacing any parts (including labour charges) that arecovered by Our Warranty.2.2If the mechanic We send to Your Home is unable to repair Your Vehicle within a reasonable timeso as to enable it to be safely driven again then We will arrange for Your Vehicle to be transportedfrom Your Home to the nearest Toyota Centre at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver so as toenable it to be repaired there. You or the Authorised Driver will be responsible for the cost of anyinvestigatory or repair work that is undertaken by or on behalf of the Toyota Centre concernedwith the exception of the cost of any repairs that are covered by our Warranty which We will meet.2.3If You or the Authorised Driver are locked out of Your Vehicle and Your Vehicle is at Your Homethen We may arrange for a key specialist to attend Your Home to attempt to gain access to YourCar. You or the Authorised Driver will not have to pay for the key specialist’s labour costs but willhave to pay for any replacement key, key fob or other part that he supplies unless this is coveredby Our Warranty. Further or alternatively, We will arrange for Your Vehicle to be transported fromYour Home to the nearest Toyota Centre at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver so as to enableit to be repaired there. You or the Authorised Driver will be responsible for the cost of anyinvestigatory or repair work that is undertaken by or on behalf of the Toyota Centre concernedincluding the cost of any locksmith services and any replacemen2.4If We transport Your Vehicle to a Toyota Centre in accordance with Clause 2.2 or 2.3 and YourVehicle cannot be repaired within 3 hours then We will arrange for a self-drive hire Car to beprovided to You or (in your absence) the Authorised Driver while Your Vehicle is being repairedthere for up to 48 hours free of charge save for the cost of fuel and other consumable items whichwill be Your responsibility or that of the Authorised Driver. You or the Authorised Driver will beresponsible for meeting all hire Car costs that may be incurred beyond 48 hours of Us arranging ahire Car for You. We will endeavour to provide a hire Car that is broadly equivalent to Your Vehiclein terms of size and engine capacity.2.5Where Our Service Contractor arranges for You or the Authorised Driver to be provided with aself-drive hire Car the agreement for the hire of that Car will be between You or the AuthorisedDriver and the hire Car company. The person hiring the Car will need to be over the age of 21 yearsat the commencement of the hire period and will need to be in possession of a full, valid United

Kingdom driving licence at that time. That person may be required to provide a cash or credit carddeposit, including a fuel deposit, as a pre-condition of the provision of a self-drive hire Car.Caravans and trailers2.6If Your Vehicle had a trailer or caravan attached to it when Your Vehicle had a Breakdown We willde-couple this before We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 2.2.General2.7The provision of Our Home Start Service is subject to the general exclusions and limitations ofservice set out in Section 5.2.8Requests for Our Home Start Service should be made according to the procedure detailed inSection 6.3.Roadside Assistance Service (Uk Only)3.1If Your Vehicle suffers a Breakdown on a Road in the United Kingdom while it is being driven orattempted to be driven by You or an Authorised Driver away from Your Home then, on request, Wewill send a mechanic to the scene of the Breakdown as soon as possible at no cost to You or anAuthorised Driver in order to determine and, if possible, repair the fault so as to enable YourVehicle to be safely driven again. You or the Authorised Driver will not have to pay for Our ServiceContractor’s mechanic’s labour costs but will have to pay for any replacement parts or consumableitems that he has to fit or add to Your Vehicle in order to make it drivable again. We will reimburseYou the cost of replacing any parts (including labour charges) that are covered by Our Warranty.3.2If the mechanic We send to the scene of the Breakdown is unable to repair Your Vehicle within areasonable time so as to enable it to be safely driven again, then, on request We will arrange for itto be transported from the scene of the Breakdown to the nearest Toyota Centre at no cost to Youor the Authorised Driver so as to enable it to be repaired there. You or the Authorised Driver willbe responsible for the cost of any investigatory or repair work that is undertaken by or on behalfof the Toyota Centre concerned with the exception of the cost of repairs covered by our Warrantywhich We will meet. Alternatively, We will arrange for Your Vehicle to be transported from thescene of the Breakdown to a single alternative destination in the United Kingdom of Your choiceor (in your absence) that of the Authorised Driver at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver. Youor the Authorised Driver will be then be responsible for arranging for Your Vehicle to be repairedincluding the cost of transporting Your Vehicle to a Toyota Centre or another place of repair forthat purpose. We will reimburse You the cost of replacing any parts covered by Our Warranty whenthe repair work is undertaken by a Toyota Centre.3.3If We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.2 We will take up to 8 people to the samedestination at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver provided that (i) each person was travellingwith You at time of the breakdown; and (ii) each person behaves properly during transit. We mayuse more than one vehicle for this purpose. Any person under the age of 16 whom We transportmust be accompanied by an adult.3.4If We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.2 We are not under any obligation totransport or to arrange the transport of any animal. Our Service Contractor may however do so attheir discretion save that no onward transport will be provided for horses, livestock or dangerousanimals. If provided, such transport will be at Your risk or that of the Authorised Driver. Further, Youor the Authorised Driver will be responsible for safely securing such animal during transit. We willnot be responsible for insuring any animal during transit and may terminate the transport of ananimal if it represents a safety risk.Caravans and trailers3.5If We recover Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.2 We will recover with it a single trailer or6

caravan up to 26 feet (7.9m) in length provided that such trailer or caravan was coupled to YourVehicle at the time of the Breakdown and such trailer or caravan is roadworthy. You or the AuthorisedDriver will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that may be required to such trailer or caravan.Hire cars, alternative means of travel and overnight accommodation3.6If We transport Your Vehicle to a Toyota Centre in accordance with Clause 3.2 and Your Vehiclecannot be repaired within 3 hours then We will arrange for a self-drive hire Car to be provided toYou or (in your absence) the Authorised Driver while Your Vehicle is being repaired there for up to48 hours free of charge save for the cost of fuel and other consumable items which will be Yourresponsibility or that of the Authorised Driver You or the Authorised Driver will be responsible formeeting all hire Car costs that may be incurred beyond the initial 48 hours of self-drive hire Carcover that We arrange for You or the Authorised Driver. We will endeavour to provide a hire Carthat is broadly equivalent to Your Vehicle in terms of size and engine capacity.3.7Where Our Service Contractor arranges for You to be provided with a self-drive hire Car theagreement for the hire of that Car will be between You or the Authorised Driver and the hire Carcompany. The person hiring the Car will need to be over the age of 21 years at the commencementof the hire period and will need to be in possession of a full, valid United Kingdom driving licenceat that time. That person may be required to provide a cash or credit card deposit, including a fueldeposit, as a pre-condition of the provision of a self-drive hire Car.3.8If We transport Your Vehicle to a Toyota Centre in accordance with Clause 3.2 and it is not possiblefor Us arrange a suitable hire Car for You or the Authorised Driver in accordance with clause 3.6within a reasonable time, then We will contribute up to 150 per person towards the onwardtravel costs of the driver and each passenger of Your Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown up toa maximum of 8 persons (including children and infants), subject to an aggregate limit of 500We will only make such contribution in respect of the following forms of transport: taxi, air, rail orother forms of public transport and then only to a single final destination by the quickest route.We will not make any contribution towards the onward travel costs of any animal. The provisionof transport under this clause is as an alternative and not an addition to the provision of a hire carunder Clause 3.6.3.9Where it is not possible for Us to organise onward travel in accordance with Clause 3.6 or 3.8within reasonable time and the occupants of Your Vehicle require temporary accommodation, Wewill contribute up to 150 per person towards the cost of one night’s accommodation andbreakfast for the driver and each passenger of Your Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown, subjectto an aggregate limit of 500.Assistance when driver certified medically unfit to drive73.10If You or the Authorised Driver of Your Vehicle are certified as being unfit to drive at the time ofthe Breakdown (otherwise than as a result of being under the influence of drink or drugs) andno passenger in Your Vehicle is able to drive it, then, on request, We will arrange for Your Vehicleand its occupants to be transported from the scene of the Breakdown to a single alternativedestination in the United Kingdom of Your choice or (in your absence) that of the AuthorisedDriver at no cost to Your or the Authorised Driver. Where practical, the certificate of being unfit todrive must be made by a doctor who is registered by the General Medical Council as being fit andproper to practice medicine in the United Kingdom3.11If We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.10 and We cannot transport the occupantsof Your Vehicle with it We will contribute as an alternative up to 150 per person towards the onwardtravel costs of the driver and each passenger of Your Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown up to amaximum of 8 persons (including children and infants), subject to an aggregate limit of 500. Wewill only make such contribution in respect of the following forms of transport: taxi, air, rail or otherforms of public transport and then only to a single final destination by the quickest route. We will

not make any contribution towards the onward travel costs of any animal.3.12Where it is not possible for Us to organise onward travel in accordance with Clause 3.10 or 3.11within a reasonable time and the occupants of Your Vehicle require temporary accommodation,We will contribute up to 150 per person towards the cost of one night’s accommodation andbreakfast for the driver and each passenger of Your Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown up to amaximum of 9 persons including (children and infants), subject to an aggregate limit of 500.3.13If the driver of Your Vehicle who is certified as being unfit to drive in accordance with Clause 3.10is hospitalised more than 20 miles away from home and cannot be moved to a suitable hospitalcloser to home within 5 days of the Breakdown, We will contribute up to 250 towards the transportcosts of one member of the injured person’s immediate family to visit him in hospital Where thereturn journey exceeds 300 miles in each direction We will also pay up to 150 for one night’saccommodation and breakfast for the injured person’s relative to facilitate such visit.3.14If the driver of Your Vehicle who is certified as being unfit to drive in accordance with Clause 3.10is hospitalised more than 20 miles away from home and cannot be moved to a suitable hospitalcloser to home within 5 days of the Breakdown, We will arrange for him to be moved to suchsuitable hospital by private ambulance once he is certified as being medically fit to make suchjourney, provided there is such a hospital. Such certification must be made by a doctor who isregistered by the General Medical Council as being fit and proper to practice medicine in theUnited Kingdom3.15If We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.10 We will recover with it a single traileror caravan up to 26 feet (7.9m) in length provided that such trailer or caravan was coupled to YourVehicle at the time of the Breakdown and such trailer or caravan is roadworthy. You or theAuthorised Driver will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that may be required to such traileror caravan.Assistance following the theft of Your Car3.16If Your Vehicle is found after it has been reported stolen to the Police and You do not have theftcover under Your motor insurance policy then, on request by You or (in Your absence) theAuthorised Driver and subject to the following conditions, We will arrange for Your Vehicle to betransported from the scene of the Breakdown to the nearest Toyota Centre or, alternatively, toanother single destination in the United Kingdom of Your choice or (in Your absence) theAuthorised Driver at no cost to You or the Authorised Driver:(a) Your Vehicle has a suffered a Breakdown.(b) Your Vehicle is located on a Road.(c) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver have first supplied Us with the followinginformation: (i) a summary of the circumstances of the theft and a description of the conditionof Your Vehicle; (ii) the name of the Police Force and, if applicable , the name of the Policestation to whom You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver reported the theft of YourVehicle; (iii) the crime reference number for the reported theft of Your Vehicle; (iv) (if and whenit is available) a copy the Police record of the reported theft; (v) the name(s) of Your motorinsurer(s); and (vi) the number of Your current motor insurance policy.(d) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver consent to Us contacting Your motor insurer(s)to verify the cover that You have under Your motor insurance policy.(e) Our Service Contractor’s mechanic is unable to repair Your Vehicle at the location of theBreakdown within a reasonable time so as to enable it to be safely driven again.(f) If Your Vehicle is to be left on a Public Road after We recover it then it must be in a condition inwhich it may be left safely and securely on a Public Road once We have recovered it. We willnot transport Your Vehicle if it has been set on fire or stripped of components such as torender it beyond economic repair or permanently immobile without substantial reconstruction.8

3.17If Your Vehicle is found after it has been reported stolen to the Police and You have theft coverunder Your motor insurance policy then, on request by You or (in Your absence) the AuthorisedDriver and subject to the following conditions, We will arrange for Your Vehicle to be transportedfrom the scene of the Breakdown to the nearest Toyota Centre or, alternatively, a single destinationin the United Kingdom chosen by Your motor insurers at their cost:(a) Your Vehicle has a suffered a Breakdown.(b) Your Vehicle is located on a Road.(c) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver first supply us with the following information: (i)a summary of the circumstances of the theft and a description of the condition of Vehicle; (ii)the name of the Police Force and, if applicable , the name of the Police station to whom Youreported the theft of Your Vehicle r; (iii) the crime reference number for the reported theft ofYour Vehicle; (iv) (if and when it is available) a copy of the Police record of the reported theft; (v)the name(s) of Your motor insurer(s); and (v) the number of Your current motor insurance policy.(d) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver consent or (in Your absence) the AuthorisedDriver to Us contacting Your motor insurer(s) to verify the cover that You have under Yourmotor insurance policy and to obtain their instructions regarding the recovery of Your Vehicle.(e) Our Service Contractor’s mechanic is unable to repair Your Vehicle at the location of theBreakdown within a reasonable time so as to enable it to be safely driven again.(f) Your motor insurer(s) instruct Us to recover Your Vehicle on their behalf and at their cost.3.18If We recover Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.16 or Clause 3.17 We will recover with it asingle trailer or caravan up to 26 feet (7.9m) in length provided that such trailer or caravan wascoupled to Your Vehicle at the time Your Vehicle is found following its theft and such trailer or caravanis roadworthy. You or the Authorised Driver will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that may berequired to such trailer or caravan.Breakdown following motor accident3.19If Your Vehicle has a Breakdown a result of motor accident and You do not have comprehensivecover under Your motor insurance policy then, on request by You or (in Your absence) theAuthorised Driver and subject to the following conditions, We will arrange for Your Vehicle tobe transported from the scene of the Breakdown to the nearest Toyota Centre or, alternatively, asingle destination in the United Kingdom chosen by You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driverat no cost to You or the Authorised Driver:(a) Your Vehicle is located on a Road.(b) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver first supply us with the following information:(i) a summary of the circumstances of the accident and a description of the condition of YourVehicle; (ii) the name(s) of Your motor insurer(s); and (iii) the number of Your current motorinsurance policy.(c) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver consent to Us contacting Your motor insurer toverify the cover that You have under Your motor insurance policy(d) Our Service Contractor’s mechanic is unable to repair Your Vehicle at the location of theBreakdown within a reasonable time so as to enable it to be safely driven again.(e) If Your Vehicle is to be left on a Public Road after We recover it then it must be in a condition inwhich it may be left safely and securely on a Public Road once We have recovered it. We will nottransport Your Vehicle if it has been set on fire or stripped of components such as to render itbeyond economic repair or permanently immobile without substantial reconstruction.3.209If Your Vehicle has a Breakdown as a result of a motor accident and You have comprehensive coverunder Your motor insurance policy then, on request by You or (in Your absence) the AuthorisedDriver and subject to the following conditions, We will arrange for Your Vehicle to be transported

from the scene of the Breakdown to the nearest Toyota Centre or, alternatively, to another singledestination in the United Kingdom chosen by Your motor insurers at their cost:(a) Your Vehicle is located on a Road.(b) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver first supply us with the following information:(i) a summary of the circumstances of the accident and a description of the condition of YourVehicle; (ii) the name(s) of Your motor insurer(s); and (iii) the number of Your current motorinsurance policy.(c) You or (in Your absence) the Authorised Driver consent to Us contacting Your motor insurer(s)to verify the cover that You have under Your motor insurance policy and to obtain theirinstructions regarding the recovery of Your Vehicle.(d) Our Service Contractor’s mechanic is unable to repair Your Vehicle at the location of theBreakdown within a reasonable time so as to enable it to be safely driven again.(e) Your motor insurer(s) instruct Us to recover Your Vehicle on their behalf and at their cost.3.21If We recover Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.20 or Clause 3.21 We will recover with it asingle trailer or caravan up to 26 feet (7.9m) in length provided that such trailer or caravan wascoupled to Your Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown and such trailer or caravan is roadworthy.You or the Authorised Driver will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that may be required tosuch trailer or caravan.3.22If We transport Your Vehicle in accordance with Clause 3.14, Clause 3.15, Clause 3.16 or Clause 3.17such transportation shall be treated as a transport made pursuant to Clause 3.2 save that Clause3.6-3.9 shall not apply to such transportation.General3.23The provision of Our Roadside Assistance Service is subject to the general exclusions andlimitations of service set out in Section 5 and also to the provisions of Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10.3.24Requests for Our Home Start Service should be made according to the procedure detailed inSection 6.4.European Roadside Assistance Ser
