YourKarma vehicle is automatically covered byKarma Automotive Roadside Assistance24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywherein the United States or Canada for fiveyears (60 months) from the date ofpurchase. Your Karma vehicle is coveredregardless of the driver. Our qualified clientservices professionals and nationwideindependent specialized network of RescueAgents1 will assist you when you need it themost. Please take a moment to familiarizeyourself with the services available underthis program and keep this brochure in yourvehicle at all times. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCEKARMA AUTOMOTIVE MAY CANCELROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE ONANY KARMA VEHICLE AT ANY TIME BYWRITTEN NOTICE. THERE IS NO REFUNDAVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OFCANCELLATION. THE SERVICES,POLICIES AND PROCEDURES DESCRIBEDIN THIS BOOKLET ARE SUBJECT TOCHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.ROADSIDE ASSISTANCESERVICES PROVIDEDE M E R G E N C Y R EC O V ER YIf your Karma vehicle becomes inoperativedue to a mechanical breakdown, or if youhave any concern that it cannot beoperated safely, Karma AutomotiveRoadside Assistance will arrange recoveryof your Karma vehicle to the nearest KarmaAutomotive Retailer (or an alternate repairfacility, depending on the roadside event).If emergency recovery is required, theservice will be provided by an open (notcovered or enclosed) flatbed truck. Yourvehicle will be moved from the location ofdisablement to the nearest KarmaAutomotive Retailer within a maximumdistance of 100 miles. You are responsiblefor the cost of recovery in excess of 100miles or transportation to a KarmaAutomotive Retailer other than the nearestlocation. A request to recover your vehicleto your home will also require additionalpayment if that distance exceeds thedistance to the nearest Karma AutomotiveRetailer. Please be aware that for securityreasons, the recovery service will not beprovided for unattended vehicles. Alicensed driver must accompany thevehicle at the time of service.Fees for excess mileage and additionalservices that are not covered under theKarma Automotive Roadside Assistanceprogram will be determined and billed atthe time of disablement and paid directly tothe Rescue Agent.A KARMA REVERO CANNOT BE SAFELYTOWED WITH ANY OF THE WHEELSTOUCHING THE GROUND.FLAT TIREYour Karma vehicle is not equipped with aspare tire. If the Karma AutomotiveRoadside Assistance provider determinesthe tire has a slow leak, the provider willattempt to remedy the leak. If the flat tirecannot be addressed at the location ofdisablement, Karma Automotive RoadsideAssistance will arrange recovery of yourKarma vehicle to the nearest KarmaAutomotive Retailer (or an alternate repairfacility, if necessary) within the towingparameters of the service. You should notattempt to repair a damaged tire.EMERGENCY FUELIf your vehicle runs out of fuel, KarmaAutomotive Roadside Assistance willprovide up to three (3) gallons ofappropriate fuel to enable you to reach thenearest gas station.LOCK OUTSYour vehicle is designed to prevent lockouts from occurring. However, RescueAgents are trained to assist you withgaining access to your vehicle. YOU ARESOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THISENTRY ATTEMPT. The Rescue Agent willrequire verification of vehicle ownership,including vehicle registration and photoidentification, prior to providing supportwith access. If the Rescue Agent is unableto provide access to the vehicle, yourvehicle will be recovered to the nearestKarma Automotive Retailer. You areresponsible for payment of all additionallabor, as well as all parts, including the costof replacement keys.JUMP STARTSIf your low voltage battery becomesdepleted or your vehicle experiences amechanical breakdown, the Rescue Agentwill provide a jump start for your vehicle. Ifyour vehicle cannot be driven safely, KarmaAutomotive Roadside Assistance willarrange recovery of your Karma vehicle tothe nearest Karma Automotive Retailer.5
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCEUNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULDYOU ATTEMPT TO "JUMP START" YOURVEHICLE.REUNITE TOWA reunite tow is not covered under theKarma Automotive Roadside AssistanceProgram. In the event your vehicle isdelivered to a Karma Automotive Retaileryou are solely responsible for your owntransportation after the recovery servicehas been rendered and returntransportation to your vehicle followingany repairs.TOW AND STORE AND TOWIf the Karma Automotive Retailer is closedat the time of delivery, Karma AutomotiveRoadside Assistance will arrange for thestorage of the vehicle and redelivery whenthe facility reopens.ITEMS EXCLUDED FROMROADSIDE COVERAGE Parts and/or labor costs for anyreplacement keys, lock cylinders andkey fobs Delivery of a battery Recovery of a vehicle from one KarmaAutomotive Retailer capable ofproviding the necessary repairs toanother Karma Automotive Retailer forany reason Accidents and rescue of your Karmavehicle involved in any accident is notcovered under Karma AutomotiveRoadside Assistance. For accidentrecovery, please contact your insurancecompany Except as provided in this brochure, thecost of any parts, labor, tire repairstorage fees, or any labor performed atthe Karma Automotive Retailer unlessotherwise provided under the NewVehicle Limited Warranty6 Any form of impound towing, or towingby someone other than a licensedservice station or garage and anyrelated fines or impound towingcharges due to a violation of local laws Recovery services provided by anyoneother than a Karma RoadsideAssistance Rescue Agent, including aprivate citizen or other recoveryprovider Services required outside the UnitedStates and Canada Expenses incurred for hotels, meals, carrentals, taxi fare or airfare while yourvehicle is disabled or being repaired arenot included Expenses resulting from calls fromcellular phones, delays or displacement. Services to any vehicle that isinaccessible or hazardous for a RescueAgent to reach
