IT Proposal MatrixCodifiedEssentialNet SolutionsTerraNovaNetResults of BackgroundCheckReferencesClearClearClear1. Michael Mermelstein/Director MHCPA: His CPA firm had a previous ITcompany but they were not attentive, and so they switched to Codified.Ernesto works remotely most of the time and onsite as needed. He’s beenworking with them for about 8 months. Ernesto helped them move fromone building to another location. Michael’s firm had a major systembreakdown during tax season and Ernesto was right there to help them. Hehad it back up and running in no time. Ernesto came in cold to their set-up(didn’t know anything about how the previous IT company had set up theirsystems) and he was quick to learn. Ernesto even suggested new solutionswhich saved them 8000. Ernesto has great analytical ability. Michaelstated that trust has never been an issue and is secure in working withErnesto.2. Aerlim Diaz/Equiflor Corp: Working with Ernesto about 7 yrs. He and hispartner are extremely reliable and service oriented. Codified manages alltheir computers, network, phones, and other IT needs. They learned thebusiness that Equiflor Corp is in and have helped imporve operations. Wehighly recommended them.3. Pablo Concepcion/Autotech: Been with Codified for 5-6yrs. Replacedtheir old, outdated system that was giving them many issues and couldn'tbe happier. Ernesto has helped to expand their retail capabilites with offsitesales and remote charging. Codified does the IT setup for every tradeshow they attend. Codified handles everything that has to do withtechnology (computers, network, website, and phones). Never had anyissues to contact or to get a tech onsite for support. Hands down wouldchoose them again and high recommend.4. Kathy Suarez/Morgan Law Group: Left a message5. Nich Ehr/Broadcast Technologies: Worked with Codified for about 7 yrs. They handle their phones, network, and computers. Ernesto is veryresponsive and cares about doing things right. They are very happy withthe service they have been provided. They have refered him to severalother clients. Ernesto is knowledgable about everything and works closelywith them on any projects. Codified provides fair pricing.1. Ricky Thompson/City Clerk with City of Starke: He stated they have beenworking with ENS for many years. ENS provides support and maintenance andworks remotely, but also does on-site visits as needed. The City recentlyupgraded their system and ENS was instrumental in the process. Ricky haspersonally worked with several members of the ENS team including David,Johnny (John’s son) and Leslie (John’s wife). They are quick in responding tocalls.2. Diane Clavier/City Clerk with City of Marathon: She started in 2003 and ENSwas already in place. ENS works closely with their finance department anddoes on-site visits as needed to meet their needs. ENS built their currentsystem. They are very trustworthy and responsive.3. Hal Hutchins/Chief of Police with Town of Ocean Ridge: 90% of the timework is done remotely. He works with 3 ENS members regularly. ENS is 2hours away and very responsive to on-site visits as needed. They have amonthly service agreement with ENS. Ocean Ridge had an in-house IT personbut they left. When Hal asked around other cities what they were doing, ENSwas in use at several others and came highly recommended. Hal reached outto 4 other IT companies and tested them by sending a 3:00am urgent text.ENS was the only response received back. The police department has acomplex network (criminal justice system, fingerprint ID, etc.) and ENS helpedthem to redevelop the entire network, additionally connecting internal systemswith the police cars. They have 2 separate backup systems (24 hrs.) in placeand have SQL databases. ENS complied with the police requirement forbackground checks and fingerprinting, and John runs them on everyone in hiscompany. Hal’s computer issues are generally resolved within 30 minutes;downtime is minimal if any. When the department orders new computers, theysend them to ENS first for setup, and then all Hal has to do is plug them in.ENS helped set up their advanced authentic system with fingerprinting. ENSwatches over software installs and monitors them regularly. He highlyrecommends them and welcomes additional calls if anyone needs moreinformation.4. Brian Smith/Chief of Police with Town of Juno Beach: Left a message5. Janice Rutan/Town Administrator with Town of Haverhill: ENS has providedservice for atleast 3 yrs. ENS provides all IT services and supports softwaresuch as Docuwhere and IMS. 95% of work is done remotely but they are inJuno often enough to provide on-site support if needed. Responses within 510 minutes to email trouble tickets. ENS is very helpful, striaght forward, proactive, and hands-on. They understand open records and confidentialitylaws. She would not consider changing from them at this point.1. Bob Harbison/Board Member of Futura Yacht Club: Been withTerraNovaNet about 3yrs. Same or next day service support.
