ATTENTION EXHIBITORSThere will be no indoor crating. Exhibitors may crate from their vehicles. Participants should be prepared to keep their dogadequately cool/warm in their vehicles or in crates adjacent to their vehicles with adequate shade, ventilation, and access to water.Competitors should plan to provide their own shade using canopies or shade cloths. Please show consideration of others if runningyour car for air conditioning/heat as the exhaust may be disturbing and dangerous to those around you. In addition to parking atour building, there is parking available across the street for the public bike path.All persons attending this trial hereby waive any claim for damages against Capitol Canine Training Club or its members, in the eventa motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.All dogs must remain on a leash or crated unless showing in the ring.The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 7:30 am Saturday. Dogs must be removed from the building immediately followingHigh in Trial or immediately following the close of the show on Sunday June 20, 2021. No dogs may remain overnight. There will beno food available on site however many fast-food restaurants are close by (Subway, Hardee’s, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Jimmy Johns).A recording fee of 50 cents will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show. There will be a 3.00 eventservice fee for the first entry of a dog and a 3.00 service fee for each additional entry of the same dog. This recording fee is to becollected by the show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (Chapter 11, Sect 2). These fees are included in the entryfee.CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEYORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. Fees must be paid in guaranteed funds. There willbe no refund for duplicate entries.Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs allowed in rings duringscheduled judging only. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Trial Secretary will be responsible or obligated tofurnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up aclass. OWNERS OR AGENTS ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRESENCE OF THEIR DOGS IN THE JUDGING RINGS.The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All trophies must be claimed on the day of the show.None will be mailed.Entry fee will not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or banned from competition byaction of the Show Committee. Refund of entry fees for bitches that come in season after the closing date of this show may beobtained by sending a veterinarian’s certificate to the Trial Secretary. This certificate must be postmarked before the opening day ofthe show or given to the Trial Secretary before the start of the show.No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riot, civil disturbance, fire, extreme and/ordangerous weather conditions, Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strike or any other cause beyond the control ofthe Club or the Trial Secretary.The Show giving Club, the Trial Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injurysustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injuries to children.No entry shall be made, and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not beaccepted without fees or signatures. Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to the closeof entries. Those received by phone are not acceptable.Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, anycommunicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.Handlers must be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs on the motel and trial grounds. Motels require that dogs be cratedwhen unattended. Any damages to motels or the trial site can result in disciplinary action by the Event Committee. It is expectedthat exhibitors will clean up immediately after their own dogs and strongly encourage others to do the same.

All owners/exhibitors should be aware that the entire motel grounds are considered within the trial grounds. You will beresponsible for all damage to your room and may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the rules of the AKC. Anyabuse of the grounds will be brought to the attention of the trial-giving club and its Event Committee. Any exhibitor’s entries maybe refused for previous misuse of the motel facilities. This is an AKC supported measure.COVID-19 GUIDELINESParticipants are expected to follow state, local government, facility, and event guidelines in effect at the time of the trial. Pleasebring your own wipes and hand sanitizer. All attendees will stay home if they are not feeling well, or showing any symptoms ofCOVID-19. Unvaccinated persons are required to wear a face mask.No food sharing/community food allowed in the parking lot.DIRECTIONS to the Trial Site (209 E.
