Short courses on offerAbout CIIPMissionTo be a source for the improvement of institutional management performance, at alllevels in the private and public sectors.DeliveryTraditional short courses as well as Soft Skill training on site, for the public and privatesectors.IUM Staff TrainingThe centre delivers regular staff training to ensure that IUM delivers best service to itscustomers.Certification Certificate of Attendance will be awarded for workshop and short courses for whoseduration is less than a semester. An IUM certificate will be issued for all other short courses whose duration is longerthan one semester, the delegate must attain a pass mark of 50%. The Short course Certificate and Diploma programmes offered by the Centre forImproved Institutional Performance (CIIP) through The International University ofManagement (IUM) are not credit bearing on the National Qualifications Framework,but are fully recognised by The International University of Management being a fullyaccredited Institution.Fees Application and registration fees are non-refundable and is paid upon registration. 30% of the required tuition fees must be paid before the commencement of class. No certificate will be issued unless all fees are settled and all subjects passed. 20% rebate will be given to returning CIIP students.1.
