It mainly requires the use of hand held tools and often itrequires some physical effort. Furthermore, it also include the delivery of messages or goods. Supervision of other workers may beincluded. Most of the tasks at this level require skills normally obtained through 5 year's education which normally begins at the ageof 7 years.
