CREDIT MONITORING SERVICESIf you don’t have access to all 3 credit reports from Transunion, Experianand Equifax we will require you to obtain a monitoring service of yourchoice.We currently refer customers to Procredit to get credit reports and scoresthey charge 16.95 this is not part of our services and fee’s. You canchoose any credit monitoring service as long as they provide the informationwe require.SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY THECREDIT REPAIR SHOP, INC.(CRA’s - Credit Reporting Agencies)1. We will help you obtain all of your credit reports from the 3 majorreporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion) if necessary.2. We will do a complete Audit of your credit reports with you either byphone or in person to determine inaccurate, outdated and/orunverifiable information contained on your credit reports.3. We will prepare the appropriate documentation to submit to CRA’s toinitiate a disputes of inaccurate, outdated and unverifiable itemsappearing on your credit report.4. We will also prepare the appropriate documentation to submit disputesand validation request directly to listed creditors/debt collectors onyour credit report that you believe to be inaccurate, outdated and/orunverifiable. You will be able to log-in and check the status of alldocumentation sent on your behalf to the CRA’s. If you don’t haveonline access you can call toll-free 866-599-9357 or 414-374-3390 tospeak to a Team Member about your account status.5. Your information is maintained in a secure password protected serversystem. Your information will only be released too authorized CRA’s,Creditors and organizations necessary to complete the servicesdescribed in this contract.ESTIMATED TIME FOR COMPLETION OF SERVICES:The estimated length of time required to complete the above services is 10days.OUR EXCLUSIVE GUARANTEE

You must provide proof of your ID, Social Security Number, MailingAddress as required by the CRA’s to validate your identity.3. You agree to pay the fee to obtain your credit reports from the CRA’s ifapplicable.4. If your account requires debt settlement negotiation’s you are requiredto call your creditors/debt collectors to set up a paymentarrangement.5. You agree to provide all documentation sent to you from the CRA’s in atimely manner.
