Alchemia Capital Group’swhole range of seamless tubes is 121-508mm, which enablesour Clients to complete the order for the seamless tubes ofvarious dimensions.RurexpolRurexpol has got 60 years of tradition and experience as a majorproducer of seamless pipes (basic range: 121-273 mm). Thepipe mill products are used in the oil sector, gas transportand exploring drills. Rurexpol also produces boiler and alloyed pipes for energy sector. Rurexpol supplies e.g. PolskieGórnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG). Rurexpol’s merchandise includes construction pipes for further machining, e.g. hydraulic cylinders for the mining industry and hallconstruction elements. Rurexpol’s products have been usedfor the construction of such buildings as Legia Stadium inWarsaw, intersections and highway overpasses. Up to 60% ofthe merchandise is exported, e.g. to Germany, Italy, the USAand the United Arab Emirates.

The largest Clients are from the energy, chemistryas well as oil and gas sectors. The steelworks has suppliedpipes for the construction of power plants in Madagascar andTusimice in the Czech Republic, energy facilities in India andRussia as well as solar power plants in Spain.Huta Batory’s steel pipes are a key construction element inmany stadiums, including the ones built for the EuropeanFootball Championship EURO 2012. They were used in ArenaGdańsk, the buildings designed for football clubs in Warsawand Cracow as well as Stade de France in Paris and Westfalenstadion for Borussia Dortmund.Huta Batory is one of few mills in the world manufacturingspecial purpose steel in P91 type used in energy sector. We usea complex technology of rolling in a few month long productioncycle in order to comply with the most stringent requirements.Before the final product is allowed on the market, it has to undergo thorough laboratory tests that exclude the possibility ofpotential faults.70% of the products is exported. The major markets are:Germany, Italy, Holland, Spain and the USA.In Poland Huta Batory’s pipes are a key element in modernization of the infrastructure, such as chemical installationsin Zakłady Azotowe Tarnów and Zakłady Chemiczne Police.Another market for Huta Batory’s heavy wall pipes is themining sector (the producers of mine roof supports), whichrequires pipes for hydraulic cylinders.Huta Batory’s pipes have been also used in the constructionof airports in Bangkok, Madrid, Bratislava and Moscow.Thanks to VAD (an appliance used in vacuum degassing ofsteel) Huta Batory is the producer of over 600 kinds of highquality steel, which are used in energy, machining, tool anddefense industry.Huta Batory specializes in hot and cold work tool steel, springsteels, heat-resistant steels, stainless steels, high speedsteels, bearing steels.1
