POLICIES & PROCEDURESCANCELLATION POLICYWedding ceremonies cancelled prior to (30) days of the wedding ceremony date;the 25% initial deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason,which is stated in the Wedding Services Agreement. The 25% non-refundabledeposit may be used for the couple’s new wedding ceremony date as long as thewedding ceremony date falls within (6) months from the original wedding ceremonydate. A ceremony rescheduling fee will apply once the couple reinstates theirwedding ceremony within (6) months from their original wedding ceremony date.Wedding ceremonies cancelled within (30) days of the wedding ceremony datewill not receive a refund of either the 25% non-refundable deposit or any otheradditional deposits or payments made to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering couples up to 9 months from theirceremony date to reschedule with no rescheduling fee.CANYON RANCH SPA FITNESSAllowance and/or experience must be used during guest stay. No refunds will beprovided if allowance and/or experience are not redeemed. Packages with CanyonRanch spa fitness experience includes 50-minute Canyon Ranch Massage forthe couple, Designer Blowout Updo, and 45-minute Makeup Creation. Taxes,gratuities, and service charge are at the expense of the guest.DELAY POLICYThe Venetian Resort Celebrations Department will not delay the ceremony start timefor late guests. Any delay up to 15 minutes will result in a Late Fee. If the delay is 16to 29 minutes of the scheduled ceremony time, your ceremony will be rescheduledat the next available time for a rescheduling penalty. For delays 30 minutes or morefrom the scheduled ceremony time, the ceremony shall be considered cancelledunder the cancellation policy as outlined in your Wedding Services Agreement,and no refunds will be due.DISCOUNTSDiscounts including but not limited to Grazie Gold, Grazie Platinum, Locals,or Active Military are available to wedding ceremony packages 3,500 or above,unless there are restrictions applied.FLORALAdditional charges will apply for upgrades, custom, and other floral requests.Floral orders cancelled within 7 days prior to the wedding ceremony date willincur a 100% cancellation penalty. Floral orders placed within 7 days prior tothe wedding ceremony date will be based on availability. Rates are per room, pernight, based on double occupancy plus tax and daily resort fee. The couple’s discountis not available if booked through a promotion, package, third party, travel agent,or special rate.Discounted room rates can only be reserved through the Celebrations Department bycalling 1.866.548.1807 or 702.414.7109 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PacificStandard Time.All rates are based on occupancy and prevailing rate. Prior bookings via venetian.comwill require a room confirmation number for verification if the courtesy weddingdiscount would be accepted in order for the couple to receive a discount.Guaranteed reservations require the first night’s deposit plus room tax. Cancellationsare refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the check-in date. Cancellation of yourpackage will result in a cancellation of your room reservation. Guests are responsiblefor incidentals. Blackout dates apply. Cancellation of the wedding ceremony packagewill result in a cancellation of your guest suite reservation.GUEST SUITE DELIVERIESApplicable within The Venetian, The Palazzo , and Venezia towers. Rehearsal times available are 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m.,1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. All rehearsal times are on a first-come, first-servedbasis. Rehearsals are for up to thirty minutes total. Fees may apply for additional time.RENEWALSFor couples that have booked their initial wedding within the CelebrationsDepartment, the couple will receive 10% off their wedding ceremony package.Must present copy of marriage certificate with The Venetian Resort as thewedding venue.RESORT CREDITResort credit will be applied to the final bill at checkout. Please inquire with yourevent planner for the most current list of partners where the credit may be used.The resort credit may not be applied towards the resort fee, gratuities, or anysuite upgrades. No refunds will be provided if allowance is not redeemed.VENEZIA LOUNGECeremonies performed in our Venezia Lounge will incur an additional fee of 500 forthe Timeless, Destiny, or Cherish packages. Atrium Waterfallaccommodates up to 100 guests. Selected locations for the Radiance packageinclude Venezia wedding chapel, Venezia fountain terrace, Venezia courtyard, orAtrium Waterfall. Timeless package includes up to thirty-minute use of Veneziachapel with garden view, Venezia gardens, or the top of our Atrium Waterfall. Up toone hour use of ceremony venue for the Destiny or Inspire packages.VOUCHERSVouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Vouchers cannot be replacedif lost or stolen.
