Green Building United convenes thePhiladelphia 2030 District, a voluntary, private-sector led effort by70 the owners, managers, and developers of the cityʼs largest properties toachieve deep reductions in energy use, water use, and transportationCOMPANIESSustaining Partners & Sponsorsemissions. Green Building United supports the City ofINDIVIDUAL MEMBERSPhiladelphiaʼs benchmarking and disclosure law, which allows buildingowners and operators assess their energy usage over time, gauge1,000 performance relative to others in the marketplace, and better understandhow energy efficiency projects can offset their usage.
