SanitisationOvenAt Domino’s, we always practice rigorous hygiene and handling procedures throughout all stages of the pizzadelivery process – from making, baking and delivering.This includes regular handwashing, routine equipment and surface sanitisation and wearing gloves whenmaking pizzas. Our pizzas are then cooked in an oven that exceeds 250 degrees Celsius and are not touchedagain by human hands. Expert medical advice has confirmed viruses, including COVID-19, would not survivethe high temperatures of our pizza ovens.Additionally, we regularly have food safety auditors in our stores making sure Domino’s rigorous food safetyand hygiene practices are being upheld.Domino’s Pizza Contactless deliveryCustomers now have the choice of a ‘Contactless Delivery’. This means having your favourite and deliciousDomino’s pizza delivered piping hot and fresh like usual, but with no direct contact between you and yourDelivery Driver. This service is being offered in response to some customers requesting to limit unnecessaryphysical contact.Our delivery experts have been trained to follow strict hygiene practices such as Domino’s handwashing protocol before and after each delivery. Wearing of protective equipment such as masks and gloves.Sanitised hotbags and bikes box are done between each delivery. Follow the contactless delivery protocols.

Step 2. To validate your order, a member of the Domino’s Pizza team in Mauritius will give you a call to confirmyour order.Step 3. When your delivery expert arrives at the provided address for pizza delivery, he will call you to let you know.He will be wearing gloves and masks which are part of our hygiene practices.

Step 4. To ensure social distancing of 1.5m, your delivery expert will place your order on a safe and clean surfaceyou may specify or on top of an empty box. He will then move back to allow you to come forward and collect yourorder, as well as effect payment.Step 5. The preferred payment method is by debit or credit card. The delivery expert will sanitise the credit cardmachine and your hands. If payment is in cash, it should be placed in an envelope and placed on the designatedclean surface. In case of payment in cash, please try to tender the exact amount.
