Abdullah Fayyaz Chattha informed that in order to participate in thistender, bidders are required to have registered copy of bidding document from HEC. He also emphasized bidders1

that they should also submit their proposals on mentioned date and time, well in time and any delay on bidder’spart in this regard may lead to non-acceptance of bid and so disqualification of the bidder.1) After a detailed deliberation with the participating bidders, the following queries were raised by thebidders and relevant decisions were taken accordingly:QueryResponseRFP ClauseModifiedBidder soughtclarification onRFP Clauses 4.8,4.9, 4.10 i.e.“Ernest Money”As per request of bidderstheamountofearnestmoneyhas been reducedin order to ensuremaximumparticipation/competition inPre-Qualification process.Bidders applying for “Group- A Firm” has to submit theBank draft as earnest moneyof amount Rs. 100,000 infavour of DG Finance HEC atthe time of submission ofpre-qualification bid whichwillbereleaseaftercompeleiton of 1st Year.
