Of these graduates, 303completed the graduating students survey, giving us a 95.5% response rate overall. Studentsreceived an email invite to complete the survey through Survey Monkey. 80% completed it online,while the remaining completed it at graduation rehearsal.Post-Gradute PlansWhen asked to indicate their post-graduate plans for the coming year, 74% of responsdentsindicated a plan to be employed full-time, while 21.8% plan to pursue graduate study.Graduate Study:Of those planning to pursue graduate study, 57.4% have already been accepted into graduate school,42.6% are waiting for acceptance.Employment:Of those pursuing full-time employment, 31.7% are already employed or have accepted a new job,and 68.3% indicated that they are just beginning their job search. Of those with employment, themost typical salary range (for 25.5% of respondents) was 50,000. Our most frequent employersfor these graduates are medical facilities (especially Scott and White). Job titles showed a higherfrequency in nursing, education, and business.Career Services:Of those surveyed, 43.7% visited the Career Services office, while 44.8% used their website. 59.6%attended a job fair held at UMHB, while 35% participated in an internship while at UMHB.Source: Institutional Research 6/13/11
