Currently cocreating a Provost post-doc program and leading an effort to redirect 125,000 annually todiversity scholarships. Helped create the Marian Spencer Scholars Program. Partner with the VPof Equity, Inclusion, and Community Impact on numerous initiatives, including the collaborativeresponse to student demands. Partnered with UC Health CEO to hire the health system’s firstChief Diversity Officer. Interview all UC Health PCP candidates to assess commitment to DEI.Fundraising: Helped secure a 2.5 million gift to launch the Marian Spencer Scholars Program.Raised over 2 million for scholarships and programming related to Village Life work.Innovation: Lead architect for the NEXT Innovation Scholars Program. Serve on 1819 InnovationCouncil. Co-led student mental health sprint at 1819 Innovation Hub.1

Promoted institutional equity and inclusion, implemented implicit bias training. Served as primary advisor for 111 medical students. Provided educational and career advising for premedical students, medical residents,master’s and doctoral students, and faculty members. Increased URM medical student representation from 12% to 20%. Helped raise over 1.7 million in endowed scholarship funds. Secured 150,000 to launch URM resident recruitment and retention initiative. Led over 700 UC students, faculty, and staff on global service-learning trips. Design and implement sustainable projects to fight poverty and empower residents. Major accomplishments include constructing and operating a health center servicing aregion of 25,000 people, creating water distribution systems to provide clean water toover 10,000 people, distributing 15,000 mosquito bed-nets, treating over 20,000patients in mobile field clinics, implementing a nutrition project that feeds over 2500Tanzanian schoolchildren.
