The attendees will identify and understand how to complete the forms required byOLTC for nursing home admissions. The attendees will have an overview of the PASRR regulations. The attendees will identify and review the forms nursing facilities are to completefor indicators of or diagnosis of a mental illness, intellectual or developmentaldisability. The attendees will have an overview of the role OLTC and Bock Associates playin the PASRR process. The attendees will have a general knowledge of services for individuals with mentalillness, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The attendees will obtain information on key people, positions, or facilities to assistin obtaining services for clients.The speaker will be Dorothy Ukegbu, RN Coordinator, Office of Long Term Care, BlissBeeman, RN, State Project Director, Bock Associates, and representatives from TheDivision of Behavior Health Services and the Division of Developmental Disabilities.Statewide training will be held on several dates from 7/12/16 through 7/22/16.
