fArticulation AgreementMinot State University (MiSU) and Williston State College (WSC)April20, 2015The purpose of this articulation agreement is to enable students who have earned their Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS) inNursing from Williston State College to transfer to Minot State University and enter the BSN Completion online program. The AASin Nursing would not be considered MiSU General Education complete. The agreement will provide a structure through whichtransfer articulation on all levels can be supported.Therefore, it would be understood and agreed that courses taken at WSC are considered equally transferable into Minot StateUniversity's BSN Completion online program and NDUS GERTA applies to the articulation agreement.Transfer Requirements for the AAS in Nursing from WSC include:1. Complete an Associate of AppJied Science Degree in Nursing (AAS)2. Have a 2. 75 Cumulative GP A on a 4.0 scale3. Pass NCLEX-RN a. Submit proof of current US unencumbered RN license to MiSU Dept of Nursing4. Apply for admission to Minot State Universitya. Complete MSU AppJicationb. Pay 35.00 application fee5. Supply Minot State University with all required documentation:a. Official transcripts from ALL prior colleges/universities attended sent to MiSU Enrollment Servicesb. Provide appropriate evidence of immunizations by completion of Minot State University Immunization Record6. Meet aJJ deadlines set by Minot State University7. Apply to Minot State University's Department ofNursinga. Complete BSN Completion online program for Nursing Major application formb. Submit 25.00 application feec. Request an appointment with BSN Completion online program Advanced Standing Director for an informal review ofprior course work to begin a Plan of Studyd. Students who have graduated from a board approved nursing education program and have passed NCLEX-RN needto make appJication to the Department of Nursing and submit current unencumbered US RN Jicense documentation tothe Department of Nursing.e.
