Receiving Your ManifestTo gain access to the LogistiCare Transportation Provider web site, establish your Internetconnection and open your browser. Receiving Your ManifestTo use the web site, you must log into the system. You should have received a user name andpassword when you signed up for the site. NOTE: You are not allowed to use another person’suser name and password. Make sure the user name and password you are using was specificallysetup for you. Receiving Your ManifestThe Transportation Provider web site has numerous functions. These functions are accessedusing the menu links on the web page. There are four menu categories: Trips, Billing, Reports,and Other.Printing a Trip ListThe Transportation Provider web site allows you to print a list of both assigned trips for yourcompany and any trips that previously were assigned to your company but subsequently havebeen canceled. Receiving Your ManifestPrinting a Trip List1. Select the Trip List link under the Trips menu from the Home page.2. The Trip List selection page will be displayed as shown in Figure 6-1.3. A PDF file reader is required in order to view and print trip lists. If your system doesn’t have aPDF file reader installed you can download one for free by selecting the Get Adobe Readerbutton.6. Select the Select New Date button to return to the Trip List page and select a new date.7. Select the Review Trips button to review the trip list for the selected date. The tripsassigned to your company for the selected date will be displayed in a PDF file format within yourweb browser.8. Trip AttestationAfter logging in to the Transportation Provider Web Portal, users will select CompletedTrips Attestation from the Billing menu to begin the new trip attestation process.2011 LogistiCare Solutions, LLC – Confidential & Proprietary16

Trip AttestationThe transportation provider will be presented with a trip date selection page to select thedate for the list of trip legs to view and attest. A calendar control will be available to assist inselecting the date, if needed. If no trip legs are found that qualify for the trip attestationprocess for the date selected, a warning message will be displayed to the user, and they mayselect a different date or navigate to a different section of the web portal.2011 LogistiCare Solutions, LLC – Confidential & Proprietary17

Trip AttestationThe Completed Trips Attestation page will display the trip leg information in a grid format ingroups of 20 with navigation arrows to page forward or backward through the list. Initially, onlypending trip legs on the date selected will be displayed. Trip AttestationThe user will save the work they have done by pressing the Save button. This will open theCompleted Trips Attestation page, where the user will attest to the information that was provided.The user must click the button labeled Accept for their data to be committed to the LogistiCaresystem. If the user selects Do Not Accept, then all trips are left unprocessed. Only trip legs thathave been marked as confirmed or canceled will be processed. Online Trip Correction ProcessA Transportation Provider web portal user logs in and navigates to the Trip Correction Request LandingPage by hovering over the Trips parent menu and clicking on Trip Correction Requests. Online Trip Correction ProcessUsing the search pageThe user can search for trip correction requests via the search grid and review a tripcorrection request by clicking on the ID link button. Note that the ID is the trip ID that thetrip correction request was entered for. The user will be presented with the trip correctionrequest in one of two formats.Read only format. This will occur if the trip correction request has been approved, denied,or withdrawn. It is presented for viewing purposes only and cannot be modified.Editable format. This will occur if the trip correction request has been submitted,resubmitted, or rejected. Back Dated Trip RequestsThere will be occasions when an enrollee requires transportation but they do not have an activeMedicaid Id number. LogistiCare will not schedule these trips, however the facility may contact youfor transportation. The transportation company can either chose to transport the enrollee during thispending phase or reject the request. If you chose to transport the enrollee during the pendingMedicaid phase, once the enrollee is made active you can submit a “Back Dated Trip RequestForm” to LogistiCare. LogistiCare will then confirm with the facility that the enrollee was indeed seenat the facility on the requested dates of service and will then enter any requested trip for the past 90days. Once entered, LogistiCare will advise the transportation provider and you will then need toattest to the requested trips. All trips prior to the past 90 days should be submitted directly to DOHfor a Prior Authorization.This procedure will not include dialysis enrollees who have a standing order and have a lapse incoverage. If a dialysis enrollee goes to a pending status, any current standing order will remainactive in the LogistiCare system and appear on your manifests.
