eSafety Presentation 2017What happens when a report is made to CEOP?When a report is made to CEOP:The report will be read andrisk assessed by a ChildProtection Advisor at CEOPbased on aLow/Medium/High rating.Where appropriate, the ChildProtection Advisor willimmediately start planninghow they can help thechild/young person.The Child ProtectionAdvisor will contact theperson who made thereport as quickly as theycan.When they contactthem, they will talk aboutwhat has happened, andwill make a plan aboutwhat to do.The Child ProtectionAdvisors’ job is to make thechild as safe as possible andso they may need to askother professionals to helpmake sure the childis safe.
