More is Not Always Better-An overuse injury is damage to a bone, muscle, ligament, ortendon caused by repetitive stress without allowing time for thebody to heal.-Major muscle groups require 24-72 hours depending on theintensity and volume of the workout.-Ways to prevent overuse injuries is by increasing flexibility,strengthening weak muscles and improving core stability will helpminimize overuse injuries.-Personal advice do yoga, swim, core in between commercials,make sure your son is getting adequate sleep.

What does the TDC do?MASON COMET TOUCHDOWN CLUBSupport & Raise money to fund our support of the Football program.(3) Major fundraisers:1. Comet card sales – will be handed out first of June.7th and 8th grade boys need to sell 5 each to reach our goal.9th -12th grade boys need to sell 8 each to reach our goal.2. Golf Outing – Steve Rice / ChairpersonCorporate sponsors and hole sponsors needed.Golfers to sign up and play3.
