Lecturer Dr. Nermin HamdyPlaying music for beginners on the piano requires the identification of theinstrument in a simple and easy way, as this instrument has extensivecapabilities and a technique of its own, the acquaintance therewith isnecessary to get to the good performance, and paying attention to well,conscious training for beginners on the piano is the basis in order to have agood piano player, therefor, the freshmen depend on the teacher's approachin education, especially in the basics of playing the piano, so, every teacher ofthis instrument has to choose what fits the novice of musical compositionsand the correct method to play on the instrument. The novice student faces aproblem in playing the piano at the beginning, so the researcher saw todevelop an innovative way to facilitate playing on the piano and to assist thenovice in playing correctly in the beginningThe researcher addresses the research in two partsFirst part is the theoretical framework of the research, including previousstudies relevant to the research topic, the concepts related to the research(teaching methods of piano- some of the methods used in learning to playthe pianoSecond part is the applied framework, including the innovative way to playthe piano for beginners, and research results and recommendations, andthen concluded the research with Arab and foreign references and summaryin Arabic and English*Lecturer in the Musical Education Department, Faculty of Specific Education, Cairo University811(AmeSea Database – me –July. 2016- 0177)
