Why Should You Listen to Me?ABOUT ME: My name is Ellis Toussier. My birth certificatewas 67 years old in August, 2012. (I think I am youngerthan 67.) I am a citizen of Panama and a legal resident ofMexico. I am the ex-King of Growth Hormone.A. I have taken a dose of authentic injectable Human GrowthHormone (HGH) almost every day since June, 1998, and I havebought and sold it legally to thousands of persons anddoctors around the world.B. I am moderator of a forum “Rejuvenation” dedicated todiscussion of injectable growth hormone and other antiaging therapies, with more than 10,000 posts personallyanswered by me. (groups.yahoo.com/Rejuvenation)C. I have taught thousands of doctors around the worldabout the benefits of authentic HGH and other hormones.(especially: EPO, testosterone, and insulin)D. I have personally known about 20 short kids who grewtaller with HGH under the care of doctors in Mexico.E. Also, I am not a diabetic but I inject insulin (Humulin“R”) several times per day, every day, since more than 10years.F. Because I use insulin, I am well aware of the danger ofextreme hypoglycemia.G. Therefore I became aware of the I.T.T. test in whichhypoglycemia causes a strong release of growth hormone. From points A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, it was only a shortstep for me to ask myself and find the answer to point H:H. How can I cause mild hypoglycemia in order to safelytrigger the greatest release of HGH possible in my body?- Ellis Toussier-1-

IntroductionThis book will teach you how you can make your pituitarygland release the equivalent of about 1 to 4 iu injectableHGH (human growth hormone) per day in the single mostpowerful way known to medical science. That is: to causehypoglycemia. Do not be afraid of the term “hypo.glycemia”.To achieve hypoglycemia, I propose that we can use amedicine which is available without prescription, and whichcosts about 10 cents per pill. It is used every day bymillions of diabetics without causing hypoglycemia, and itis not “illegal for athletes” to use it. I am going toshow you how you can use the same pill with the intent ofcausing hypoglycemia, so that it will cause a strongrelease of HGH.Hypoglycemia will cause a much more powerful release ofgrowth hormone than will amino acids arginine, ornithine, lysine, glutamine, Vitamin B-3, or clonidine which are thebest known HGH secretagogues. It will also cause morerelease than GEREF (Growth Hormone Releasing Factor, madeby Serono) which was experimental in the late 1990's andhas since been discontinued. If the release of growth hormone occurs in a boy or girlless than 20 years old, and if this is repeated many timesfor perhaps 3 to 6 months, it will probably result in anincrease in height, depending on how many times and for howlong hypoglycemia is achieved and sustained. And if you are an adult and you believe as I do that humangrowth hormone is important to prevent your body fromfalling apart at the normal rate, but you can't get aprescription for HGH, then the solution is also to releasegrowth hormone in your own body as shown in this book.Everything that I propose in this book is 100% absolutelylegal. I urge you to ask a doctor and a lawyer.- 2 -

PREPARATION, BEFORE STARTINGBefore starting this program you must take a blood test ina laboratory. Test for IGF-1, HbA1c, insulin, PSA, males:free testosterone and total testosterone, girls: estrogenand progesterone.REPEAT this test on day 45, 90, 135,and 180.MEASURE your height carefully against a wall, mark itthere, and write the date in ink.You will need the following each 90 days:A. 1 BLOOD GLUCOSE METER (I recommend: Roche AccuCheckPerforma, or Roche AccuCheck Activa.)B. SUFFICIENT TEST STRIPS for Roche AccuCheckC. 360 tablets Glybenclamide 1.25 mgs (“SFU Sul-FonylUria”) or 1 vial Humulin “R” and .30 cc or .50 ccdiabetes-type-syringesD. orange juice or regular soft drink, or sugarless yogurtCAUTION: SFU (sulfonyluria) will NOT work on Diabetics type1. and it might not work very well with Diabetics type 2,either.Diabetics Type 1 must use injected insulin, .15iu/kg of body weight, and a maximum of 10 iu. Anddiabetics type 2 should also preferably use .15 iu/kginjected insulin. That is about 10 iu Humulin “R” for a 70 kilogram person.Humulin “R” is identical to human insulin. It is fastacting and short duration, which makes it ideal for thispurpose. If you decide to use injected insulin, YOU MUST CONSULTWITH YOUR DOCTOR. Get to hypoglycemia in TWO STEPS: try 5iu, and after 90 minutes, add 2 or 3 iu. If that does notcause hypoglycemia in 60 minutes, the next day try 6 iu,then add 2 or 3 iu.- 4 -

If that does not cause hypoglycemia in 60 minutes, the nextday try 7 iu and after 90 minutes add 2 or 3 iu.Insulin is more potent and has more potential for causingextreme hypoglycemia than glibenclamide (SFU) and you mustknow how to use insulin, and you must know what to do ifyou have extreme hypoglycemia (EAT something.) or elsedon't try to grow taller with hypoglycemia.CAUTION: You must never be alone when you take thistherapy. There must always be another person present whois aware that you are taking medicines that are intended tocause mild hypoglycemia. That person must know that youhave to EAT something if you should develop extremehypoglycemia. which is not likely to happen, but he mustknow that you should EAT if you can't help yourself.CAUTION: If you are sleepy and you have taken SFU, YOU MUSTEAT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. YOU CANNOT GO TO SLEEP ON ANEMPTY STOMACH.CAUTION: If you are not healthy, or if you have heartdisease or epilepsy, you should CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR beforeyou try this therapy because mild hypo-glycemia might becontra-indicated for you.CAUTION: Alcohol consumption is restricted, because alcoholis bad for the liver which produces the protein you need togrow taller. Smoking tobacco is restricted because it willinterfere with the release of growth hormone.CAUTION: The drop in blood sugar levels below 70 mg/dl,which is necessary to cause a release of growth hormone, prompts a hunger response. This hunger makes it difficultto resist eating. but you must resist eating because assoon as you eat, blood glucose will rise and growth hormonewill no longer be released by the pituitary.- 5 -

CAUTION: Neither Humulin “R” nor SFU (SulFonylUria “SULFONYL-URIA”) require a doctor's prescription in manycountries, but I recommend if you follow this program youshould be under a doctor's supervision, even if aprescription for insulin or SFU is not required. You must use a blood glucose meter to check your bloodglucose.Learn to use a glucose meter before you start this program.I recommend a Roche AccuCheck Performa, or AccuCheckActiva, and test strips that come with these kits, becausethey are the ones I use myself, and I can understand theresults better than if you use a different brand. You should test yourself at any time that you are curious, but for the first 14 days you should test at least ONCEBEFORE breakfast and several times until you eat somethingto end hypoglycemia.Humulin “R” will start to bring down blood glucose on anempty stomach in about 30 minutes, and SFU takes longer, about 90 minutes.Very close monitoring of blood glucose is necessary, socheck again and again every 10 or 15 minutes, until bloodglucose is about 50 mg/dl.At this point, it either stops dropping or you must drink agulp of orange juice or (I prefer) liquid yoghurt to keepblood sugar above 50 mg/dl and below 70 mg/dl.That is, you will check your blood glucose at least SIXTIMES each time you take a dose of insulin or SFU.After 14 days, glucose reactsout some bloodthen after 90,after you have learned how your bloodto SFU on an empty stomach, you might cuttests. For example, once before breakfast, and 120, and 240 minutes.- 6 -

But check SIX TIMES each time you attempt to bring downyour blood glucose, for the first 14 days.I recommend Humulin “R” (which is fast-acting, shortduration, injectable insulin) or glybenclamide (a.k.a.Glyburide). Choose one or the other: you should not useboth.Glybenclamide (“Gliburide”) is not many doctor's firstchoice SFU for diabetics type 1 because it causeshypoglycemia. and its effect is relatively shortlasting. But these are both reasons precisely why it iswell indicated for the purpose of causing a release of HGHto grow taller.(note: metformin is doctor's choice for diabetics type 2.But metformin will not cause hypoglycemia, and you want toget mild hypoglycemia to cause the release of growthhormone.)You must have a fruit juice or regular soft drink, nearby,in case a blood glucose test shows blood glucose is farbelow 50 mg/dl. This will not happen if you checked bloodglucose frequently. Blood glucose drops slowly, as long asyou are AWAKE you should not have any really big problem. If you do get hypoglycemia below 50 mg/dl, don't panic.Your body has several mechanisms to keep it from fallingmuch further if you did not overdose. Your only real riskis to overdose on glibenclamide, and you won't do that ifyou learn which is your correct dose by trial and error. But in case you should test and your blood glucose is verylow, you will drink a SMALL glass (120 ml) of orange juice,or sugarless yoghurt.Do not drink a large glass of orange juice because thatwould be overkill. you would shoot your blood glucose wayabove 100 mg/dl, which is not good for your health in thelong run, and it would cause your body to block the releaseof growth hormone.- 7 -

Just drink a small glass of orange juice and suspend theexperimental therapy for the day, and try again the nextday with a lesser dose of insulin or glybenclamide, or witha lesser amount of orange juice or yoghurt. If your blood glucose goes below 50 mg/dl and you areunable to help yourself, the other person who is with youshould know that you must drink a small glass of orangejuice or sugarless yoghurt immediately. It will take about three minutes for blood glucose to go UPabove 50 mg/dl.You might have to resist the urge to drink more orangejuice or sugarless yoghurt, but that would raise your bloodsugar too high. All you need is one gulp of orange juice or sugarlessyoghurt. (I drink strawberry flavored sugar-and-fat free“light” yoghurt, which claims to have 9 grams of carbs and6 grams of protein per 200 ml. and it works perfectlywell.)- 8 -

Procedure: How Short Kids Can Grow Taller WithoutInjectable HGH (and without surgery, amino acids, growthhormone-releasing-hormone, clonidine, IGF-1, vitamin B-3.Exercise: not required. Diet: not required.)The “Illegal Grow Taller Without Injectable Growth Hormone”therapy aims to lower your blood glucose below what iscalled “hypoglycemia”. (hypo “low” glicemia “bloodsugar”) The REASON you want to get hypoglycemia is becauseit is a KNOWN FACT that the pituitary releases HGH whenthere is hypoglycemia. The Plasma Growth Hormone response to Blood Sugar asPercent of fasting level at0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes.Source: The Plasma Sugar, Free Fatty Acid, Cortisol, andGrowth Hormone Response to Insulin. F. C. Greenwood, J.Landon, and T.C.B. Stamp.Journal of Clinical Investigation, Vol. 45, No. 4, 2717/pdf/jcinvest00262-0050.pdf- 9 -

That is, you purposely want to lower your blood glucosebelow 70 and above 50 mg/dl. (this is aproximately between2.9 and 3.8 mmol.) And you would like for it to be in thatrange for at least one hour, preferably two hours. As a secondary benefit, if you are not a diabetic and youlearn how to control your blood sugar levels, this willhelp you not to lose pancreatic beta cells which produceinsulin, ie, it will help you to prevent diabetes.(note: “blood glucose” and “blood sugar” are the same thingand are used interchangeably.)You must be careful, however, because if you are notcareful and you overdose, you can die of extremehypoglycemia (too low blood sugar.)That got your attention, huh?!!But you won't get extreme hypoglycemia if you do notoverdose, and if you monitor your blood glucose as Irecommend you must. and you won't overdose if you learnwhich is the correct dose that will cause mild hypoglycemiabefore breakfast. And even if you do overdose, you won't die if you know whatto do (EAT something) if you feel extremely weak anddizzy.(You won't FAINT before you can eat, because hypoglycemiaoccurs very slowly, and this is not a very potent orpowerful medicine.)Read this book carefully, monitor your blood sugar, and dowhat I tell you to do to avoid accidental death byhypoglycemia, and you won't die.And if you are still capable of growing taller, ie, if youare less than 20 years of age, I expect you will growperhaps one, two, or three inches taller (depending on yourage, and on how much HGH your pituitary releases, and howoften you “milk” your pituitary to release HGH.)- 10 -

Do not be afraid of the term “hypo-glicemia”. It simplymeans that blood sugar is lower than normal.Kids who are still growing taller have mild hypoglycemiaabout 4:00 o'clock in the morning, because the last timethey ate was supper, the night before. So their pituitary releases a little bit of growth hormonewhen they are in “deep sleep”. This does not happenbecause they are in deep sleep, but because their bloodsugar is low (ie, hypoglycemia) at about 4:00 o'clock inthe morning.“According to Ellis” it is a MYTH that growth hormone isreleased when we are in “deep sleep.” Doctors repeat themyth, but it is still a myth. It is NOT because they areprofoundly asleep. It is because their blood sugar is low.I limit the lower end to 50 mg/dl which I have purposelyexperienced many times on myself, and which is not“dangerous” for health in any way. (On the contrary, it isprobably very good for your health because Growth Hormoneis released when there is hypoglycemia, and natural growthhormone is recognized as very good for your health bydoctors of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.)There are FOUR ways that you can lower blood sugar to causehypoglycemia:1. FAST or STARVATION: If you do not eat for one or two orthree or four or more days, the longer you do not eat, thelower your blood sugar will get. It is a KNOWN FACT thatstarvation, whether intentional or not, results in arelease of growth hormone.I do NOT recommend starvation.Medical fasting has beenshown to be very good to reverse many bad healthconditions, and I am all for it. but I am not going toget into that in this book.- 11 -

Yes, if you would fast for 48 hours, you would probablytrigger a release of growth hormone in your body, as wellas reverse insulin resistance and lose weight. But you are not going to fast, so I am not going to discussfasting or starvation.2. Heavy exercise will cause blood glucose to go DOWN.This can happen with AEROBIC exercise (eg, running, cycling, swimming, etc.) but not with RESISTANCE exercise(weight lifting, etc.)I recommend exercise, but you areprobably not going to do enough aerobic exercise to causemuch release of HGH, so this is NOT the way that I willrecommend that you can release growth hormone in your body.3. Insulin will cause blood glucose to go DOWN. Butinsulin has the potential to cause severe hypoglycemiaunless you know how to use it. So I am not going torecommend that you use INSULIN, except if you are diabetictype 1 in which case this is the only way that will workfor you to get hypoglycemia. and you already know how touse insulin.4. You can drop blood glucose with the help of a pill (SFU)(SulFonylUria) that causes the pancreas to release a littleinsulin. There are several different SFU's.specifically, I recommend the ingredient “Glibenclamide”also sold with the trade name “Gliburide”.THIS IS the method that I suggest is very cheap, and veryeffective, to cause a drop of blood glucose to levels whichwill cause a release of growth hormone by the pituitarygland. You will take a dose of either insulin or Glibenclamide(“Gliburide”) (SFU) on an empty stomach. (This is not whatis recommended to diabetics type 2 who are not trying togrow taller. But if you are short and a diabetic type 2and you do not eat when you take an SFU, it will probablycause hypoglycemia, which will cause a release of HGH,which can help a short kid to grow taller.)- 12 -

I think diabetics should use insulin (and I am not adiabetic and I use insulin) because you can know exactlywhat is the dose of insulin that you inject, whereas withSFU (Glibenclamide) you don't know exactly what dose isbeing released by your pancreas. not a big problem, because you can tell what is your blood glucose level. However, I do not want to recommend using insulin toanybody who does not already know how to use insulincorrectly because insulin is more powerful than SFU, and sohas more possibility of causing extreme hypoglycemia ifover-dosed.I have experimented extensively with both and I have seenthat 10 iu of Humulin “R” will drop MY blood glucose muchfaster than 5 mgs Glibenclamide, from which I deduce that 5mgs. Glibenclamide is less powerful than 10 iu insulin, soit is equivalent to less than 10 iu Humulin “R”.Take the dose of insulin or SFU in the early morning andthen wait for the drop in blood glucose to occur, and thenSTAY WITH LOW BLOOD GLUCOSE preferably for 2 hours. The release of growth hormone occurs when blood glucose isbelow 70, and it will continue for about 2 hours.1 or 2 or 3 or 4 pills of (1.25 mgs glibenclamide) SFU(SulFonylUria) can cause the same hypoglycemia as injectedinsulin. You will NOT take insulin or SFU at night, you will onlytake it in the morning. The reason for this is because youwant to be WIDE AWAKE and not sleepy. If you should besleepy in the morning, skip the treatment that day.Or ifyou should become sleepy after you have taken insulin orSFU, then have a good breakfast before you go to sleep. You don't want your blood sugar to be dropping while youare asleep on an empty stomach!Humulin “R” will cause your blood sugar to start to go DOWNin about 30 minutes, and it will be about 50 mg/dl in aboutone hour.- 13 -

SFU will cause your blood sugar to go DOWN in about 90 to120 minutes.(Note: You can also FAST for 48 hours, and your bloodglucose will go below 70 mg/dl.But I am not going to get into the details of fasting tocause release of growth hormone. It WILL happen, however, and if you are interested in this you can read about it onthe internet.)Whichever way you bring your blood glucose down, once yourblood sugar is about 50 or 55, you would like for it toSTAY THERE for another two hours. But your body will be trying to make it go UP. You can“fine tune” with aerobic exercise (DOWN) or a gulp oforange juice or yoghurt (UP).Start with 5 iu Humulin “R” or 1 pill of 1.25 mgs SFU. Ifthis does not bring your blood glucose close to 50 mg/dl in90 minutes, the next day increase the dose to 5 iu Humulin“R” plus 2 iu 2 hours later. or take 2 pills SFU.If that is still not enough, the next day take 7 iu Humulin“R” and 2 hours later take 2 iu. or 3 pills of 1.25 mgs.And if that is not enough, then you will use 4 pills of1.25 mgs.Do not exceed 10 iu Humulin “R”.5 mgs. Glybenclamide is the dose that works well for ME tobring my blood glucose down to 50 mg/dl in about 2 hours. You will do this each day that you want to, for six months.Try not to miss any day. But if you do miss a day, nothingbad happens except you did not get the benefit of growingtaller on that day. Your chance to grow taller is limitedand ends at about age 21 or 22, so try not to miss any dayto try to grow taller, while you can.- 14 -

At the end of six months you must evaluate the results ofyour growth with your doctor and decide if you can continuesafely. There is no problem if you continue with insulin, but there is a slight possible increase of heart attack ifyou continue for 5 years or more with SFU.Besides severe hypoglycemia (which you will not get if youdo not over-dose) some studies show that there is anincrease in the probability of a heart attack after 5 to 8years with some SFU's (note: there is not any increase inthe risk of heart attack with the correct use of insulin). The risk of a heart attack in young persons who use SFU forless than 24 months is probably close to zero. but youshould evaluate this with your doctor. If your doctor determines that you are well, you can repeatthe program again for another 6 months.I recommend that if you use SFU, you should repeat thisprogram a maximum of 24 months. If you want to continuemore than 24 months, it must be with injected insulin(“Humulin R”).Measure your blood glucose before taking your dose ofinsulin or SFU. Write down the time and the result in anotebook.Your goal is to lower blood glucose to between 40% and 60%of your fasting blood glucose, but always above 50 mg/dl.(see Fig. 1, Plasma Sugar response to Insulin .15 U/kg.)About 30 minutes after a dose of insulin or 90 minutesafter you have drunk one 5 mg. pill of SFU, you will startto feel that you are getting shaky. This is becauseinjected insulin or the insulin released by your pancreasbecause of the SFU has caused your blood glucose to goDOWN.- 15 -

This is a GOOD thing. Don't get scared. This is exactlywhat you want to happen, because this will cause a smallrelease of growth hormone by the pituitary. (see Fig. 1,Growth Hormone Increment m.micro.g/ml response to .15 u/kginsulin).YouandSFUyouwould like for your blood glucose to remain above 50below 70 mg/dl for about 2 hours. So if you drank theat 6:00 A.M., you would feel weak about 8:00 A.M. andwould not eat or have breakfast until about 10:00 A.M.It becomes a balancing act. At some point, your bloodglucose might go below 50 mg/dl. You want to bring it UP,but you do not want to bring it up higher than 70 mg/dl.In fact, you would like for it to be about 50 to 55 mg/dl,if you could get it there. But the shakiness and the dizzy feeling might scare you.It is a new feeling, and you don't like it. You wouldlike to feel strong and not shaky, right away. But thisis, in fact, what you shouldn't want to do, in order togrow taller. It is actually GOOD for you from the perspective of growingtaller that you should feel a bit shaky and a bit dizzybecause this is when your pituitary gland is releasing abit of growth hormone. You don't want your blood sugar to be as low as 40, but ifyou could choose, you would want your blood sugar to beabout 50 to 55 mg/dl.The answer to this is that you have to monitor your bloodsugar closely with the glucose meter, and if it dips below50, then you must bring it up A LITTLE BIT with orangejuice or liquid yoghurt.About one gulp is enough to bring it UP about 5 or 10points. in three minutes you will feel it is higher, socheck it with a blood glucose meter.- 16 -

And if it goes above 70 mg/dl, then do rigorous exercise(eg, weight lifting, or aerobics) to bring blood glucoseDOWN.Do aerobic or resistance exercise, in a gymnasium or inyour home, where you are close to food. If you go out, take a small fruit with you.You do not want to get hypoglycemia when you are far fromfood and possible help in case you need it.The risk is hypoglycemia lower than you want to have. YOUWANT TO HAVE mild hypoglycemia (below 70 mg/dl and above 50mg/dl) and YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE extreme hypoglycemia.(extreme hypoglycemia is anywhere below 40 mg/dl.)You can black out if blood sugar goes below 25 mg/dl. youmight die if blood sugar goes below 15 mg/dl.It is veryunlikely that you will get blood sugar below 40 mg/dl, andthere is almost no possibility to get blood sugar to 25mg/dl. unless you overdose. These are the symptoms of hypoglycemia: you feel dizzy.you feel weak. you feel a buzz in your body. your handsget sweaty and clammy.Of course, remember that these are the symptoms you wouldlike to feel because they indicate that your body isreleasing growth hormone. But it is a little scary thefirst time you feel it.Dizzyweaksweaty handsa buzz in your bodyWhen you DO get hypoglycemia (which is what you want) thefirst thing you should do is to take a blood glucosereading to know where you are. You WANT blood glucose tobe BELOW 70 mg/dl and ABOVE 50 mg/dl.- 17 -

Having taken only 1 (or 2 or 3 or 4) pills of 1.25 mgs SFU,your life is not in danger. but perhaps it FEELS like itis in danger. But since you are well enough to THINK straight, and youare well enough to give yourself a blood glucose test, youare nowhere close to death (below 15 mg/dl).

How Kids Can Grow Taller WITHOUT Injectable Human Growth Hormone (HGH). And without surgery, growth-hormone releasing-
