Planning andscheduling play a critical role in the project from the time the project starts through thelif

deviations are found. This project uses the proven methodology of Cost and Schedule Management also known as “earned value” to measure the progress of the plan versus the initial estimates. This Schedule Management Plan is a living document and is reviewed quarterly as part of the Project Management Plan (PMP) review. Revisions are made as process
