This could result insome serious action for the petowner. Take some paper towels and abag, pick it up and trash it.There is a 20:00 fine for not picking up.Lawn Care PolicyRecently the residents were given a copyof the CHA LAWN CARE Policy.This will help you to understand what youare allowed to have at your apartment.If you need more information, call theoffice for assistance.Resident Income Reminder***All income changes must be reportedIn person in writing within (10) days ofchange. IF you are unemployed andreceive an unemployment check, that isIncome and must be reported. Call SandyRent is due by the 5THworking day of theMonth by 4:00 PM********************************COMPLAINTSAll resident complaints must be written down and dated and returned to the office.For your convenience blank complaint forms can be picked up at the office.An appointment time will be given to you to discuss your complaint.3

All pools must be drainedwhen the children are finished swimming.If you see a child in a pool without an adultplease call the office or 911 and report it.Remember, a few inches of water can drownchild.Safety aFirstUse a good sunscreen to prevent sunburn.5

Try to keep countertops and furniture wiped withantibacterial soap or light bleach water. If you have small childrenkeep their toys wiped off too.We can’t see, smell, feel or hear this virus but it is out there.STAY SAFE7

There aresome items listed that you must keep up to date ifyou want to remain living in the Calhoun HousingAuthority apartments. You must keep your gas andlights on at all times. When your utilities are turnedoff this could be hazardous to your family.When your utility bill is not payed the utilitycompany notifies the CHA .THIS IS AN AUTOMATIC LEASE TERMINATION11
