Chapter 1The Great Transition“There are people that remain behind the scenes of the world stage, andthat is why there are two types of history: first the official, forged ad usumDelphini, and second the secret one, in which the real causes of events arewritten down; a disgraceful history.” Honoré de BalzacWe are raised, by tradition, to trust our governments, and are convinced that theycare about us. This, however, is a big mistake. Below the surface of officialpolitics lies a complicated social and intellectual process that is taking place.The famous Victorian statesman Benjamin Disraeli once alleged:“The world is governed by very different personages from what is imaginedby those who are not behind the scenes.” 1Edward Bernays, a nephew of Sigmund Freud, claimed in his book Propaganda:“We are governed. Our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideassuggested largely by men that we have never heard of. In almost every act ofour daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our socialconduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by this relatively smallnumber of persons.” 2The German politician Walter Rathenau, a man who was very influential duringhis life, declared in the Neuen Wiener Presse of December 24, 1912:“Approximately 300 men that know each other and that appoint theirsuccessors themselves determine the fate of this world. Their power exists inabsolute confidentiality.”R. Buckminster Fuller claimed:“Great nations are simply the operating fronts of behind-the-scenes, vastlyambitious individuals who have become so effectively powerful because oftheir ability to remain invisible while operating behind the national

scenery.” 3During his campaign speeches (1912), Woodrow Wilson said:“We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completelycontrolled and dominated governments in the world. No longer agovernment of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and voteof the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groupsof dominant men.”In similar wording Theodore Roosevelt declared during his 1912 electioncampaign:“Behind the visible government there is an invisible government upon thethrone that owes the people no loyalty and recognizes no responsibility.”During a lecture in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York on April 27, 1961,John F. Kennedy also spoke of a secret government behind the scenes of worldpolitics:“We are opposed around the world by a monolithic, ruthless conspiracy.”Are the visible world leader’s mere puppets directed by an invisible power frombehind the scenes? Are there invisible hands controlling the world? Is there aconspiracy? Who are the conspirators? During a meeting of Nobel Prize winnersin Lindau (1978) the renowned Jewish biochemist George Wald, ProfessorEmeritus at Harvard and co-recipient of the 1967 Nobel Prize for Medicine saidthe following:“I do not believe that in the West the governments actually rule. Accordingto me it’s the accomplices of the huge financial and industrial powers thatrule. There are innumerable multinationals that, like global giants, havegathered power and immense wealth. These are not just companies, they areworld powers. Do they have military power? Of course they have militarypower. Can they control and manage power? Of course, they manage ourgovernments.”Arthur Jensen, Professor Emeritus at the University of California (Berkeley)claims:“There are no nations. There are no peoples. There are no Russians. Thereare no Arabs. There are no third worlds. There is no West. There is noAmerica. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T

and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide, and Exxon. Those are the nations of theworld today. We no longer live in a world of nations and ideologies.” 4President Salvador Allende of Chile stated as early as 1972 before the UnitedNations that:“The power of these concerns crosses all borders. We witness the explicitbattle between multinationals and the sovereign states; the most importantpolitical, economical and military decisions of these states are beingundermined by global organizations that are not controlled nor heldresponsible by any government or political organization. The entire politicalstructure of the world is being undermined.”In an interview General Leonid Ivashov states:“We are dealing with the rise of a new geo-political supranational power onthe world scene. This geo-political power consists of the richest families onthis planet. Together with the most powerful multinationals they rule andcontrol all countries and all coalitions. The true aim of this elite group iscomplete control of Planet Earth.” 5The World Institute for Development Economics also declares that the greatestpart of all wealth on earth is in the hands of only a small number of families. 6The “ruling powers” of which George Wald, Arthur Jensen, Salvador Allendeand General Leonid Ivashov speak consist of a small elite group formed by themost influential and powerful, anonymous, very exclusive family dynasties thatlive dispersed over the world. They keep their power and money betwixt themby intermarriage. They operate behind the scenes of the most importantenterprises, media and financial institutions, but also behind the political scenes.Through connections, money and violence these powerful double-crossingfamilies slipped in with one ultimate goal: the establishment of a “One WorldDictatorship”. Their target is to force a New World Order on the whole ofmankind. 7 They have bought an enormous part of the world with their economicpower and placed it under their control. With the help of their unimaginablefinancial reserves they currently dispose of a worldwide financial system ofcontrol. They can control the entire world economy and political system.They also determine how the leading politicians of this world have to act.Current presidents and prime ministers of France, the United Kingdom, theNetherlands, India, Georgia, Greece, Colombia, and Mexico, Philippines,

Portugal and many other countries have one thing in common. They were allselected by different U.S. Embassies and educated by our “Superiors Invisibles”through the U.S. State Department. Earlier in their careers these politicians haveparticipated in the Foreign Leader Program. 8 After participating in this specialProgram more than 240 alumni became heads of government in their homecountries! 9 Of course a large majority of the constituents are unaware of this,and so blindly continue to confide in a party or president and give their voteevery four years.Ordinarily the constituents do not know anything about the internationalconnections that are hiding behind a political party or politician, regardless ofthe orientation of the party or politician. In this sense both parties and politicianscan be of any orientation. Not only our political leaders, also other potentialleaders in education, labor relations, the media and other fields are educated bythe Foreign Leader Program.Over time these influential families have extended the scope of their power overthe whole world. Their web reaches all corners of the world. Their tentacles arewoven with all facets of human existence. Their influence is unimaginable, andit reaches all the leading institutions and organizations in the fields of politics,education, religion, finances and mass media. Science has been infiltrated bytheir “foundations” and is financially dependent on them and thus subject tomanipulation.Almost all people are prepared to renounce their rights. Even that of freethought, if that guarantees their safety and security. For that reason humanity ismade soft and is manipulated in such a way through conflict, hate, envy,hardship, hunger and distress that in the end there will be no other way than tosurrender to the power of the invisible elite. Most of the problems mentionedabove are created deliberately! Colonel Mandell House, President Wilson’sright-hand man, writes in his book Intimate Papers :“Create problems on an international level and then offer the solution thatbest fits the goal that is strived for.” 10The more confusion, class struggle, discrimination, wars and political tensionthat exist in the world, the faster the day will come that the whole of mankindwill accept a World Government that will rule with an iron fist forever. A WorldDictatorship in which a computer-controlled social order rules and in which theindividual will be controlled at all times. This government will be very

authoritarian, and there will be a kind of World Council that controls all nationaland regional councils.

Chapter 2Novus Ordo Seclorum“The one who cannot see that on Earth a big endeavor is taking place, animportant plan, on which realization we are allowed to collaborate asfaithful servants, certainly has to be blind.” - Winston ChurchillExactly two hundred years after the French Revolution, the pursuit of a NewWorld Order suitably and determinedly reached a climax in 1989 through thecollapse of the Eastern Block. Almost exactly at the same time the AmericanPresident George Bush senior proclaimed the “New World Order” at thebeginning of the first Gulf War. On September 11, 1990, in an address toCongress entitled Toward a New World Order , President George Bush called thefirst Gulf War an opportunity for the New World Order. He said:“The crisis in the Persian Gulf offers a rare opportunity to move toward anhistoric period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times. a New WorldOrder can emerge in which the nations of the world, east and west, northand south, can prosper and live in harmony. Today the New World isstruggling to be born.”Democratic presidential candidate Richard Gebhardt said:“We can see beyond the present shadows of war in the Middle East to a NewWorld Order where the strong work together to deter and stop aggression.”11After the Gulf War, George Bush declared in an address entitled A Frameworkfor Peace to the American Congress on March 6, 1991:“Now, we can see a New World coming into view. A world in which there isthe very real prospect of a New World Order.”And with respect to the war in the Persian Gulf he said:“The Gulf war put this New World to its first test, and, my fellowAmericans, we passed that test. Today we stand at a unique andextraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also

offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation.Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective, a New World Order, canemerge: a New Era.”Later that year Bush praised the New World Order in a State of the UnionAddress saying:“What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea, a NewWorld Order, to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind. based onshared principles and the rule of law. The illumination of a thousand pointsof light The winds of change are with us now.”It is often said that President George Bush was the first to use the term NewWorld Order. That of course is not true. The resolution to create a New WorldOrder (Novus Ordo Seclocrum ) not only has adorned the one dollar notes for along time, but for years, the term New World Order has been used thousands oftimes by politicians, leaders in education, industry, the media, banking, et cetera.Many of them have promoted the New World Order worldwide. The following isa brief synopsis of the New World Order in the words of those who have beenstriving to make it real.The following words of Paul Mantoux are taken from the foreword toInternational Understanding by John Eugene Harley, published in 1931.“And the builder of this “New World Order” must be education. Educationalone can lay the foundation on which the building is to rest. How can theelite spread its influence over the masses? Here we encounter the realproblem, and it is essentially a problem of education. During the last decadeof the nineteenth century a group of men endeavored to prepare the publicmind for broad changes. To this end they founded the London School ofEconomics and Political Science, which today ranks among the most famousinstitutions of education.”H. G. Wells published in 1933 his book The Shape of Things to Come . In thisbook he predicts a Second World War around 1940, originating from a GermanPolish dispute. After 1945 there would be an increasing lack of public safety in“criminally infected” areas. The plan for the “modern world-state” wouldsucceed on its third attempt, and come out of something that occurred in Basra,Iraq.

In 1940 The New World Order was published by the Carnegie Endowment forInternational Peace. The book contains a select list of references on regional andworld federation, together with some special plans for a New World Order afterthe war.On May 14, 1947, Winston Churchill announced as part of his famous speech inthe London Royal Albert Hall:“Our final goal is to install an all-powerful government on a world level,and we will strive for that.”The Preliminary Draft of a World Constitution published in 1948 provides for aWorld Council along with a Chamber of Guardians to enforce world law.On February 17, 1950, in testimony before the Senate on Foreign RelationsCommittee, international financier James P. Warburg said:“We shall have a World Government, whether or not we like it. Thequestion is only whether World Government will be achieved by consent orby conquest.”The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy (1959) sponsored by theRockefeller Brothers Fund, explains:“The United States cannot escape, and indeed should welcome. the taskwhich history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a NewWorld Order in all its dimensions, spiritual, economic, political, social.”In a 1968 speech entitled The United Nations and Alternative Formulations, TheHard Road to World Order Richard Gardner, former U.S. Deputy AssistantSecretary of State and U.S. ambassador to Italy, provided an accurateforewarning and picture of the environment in which we live today, explaininghow the elitist planners would, through the use of gradualism (two steps forward,one step backward), succeed in their century-long plan to create a One WorldGovernment. In an excerpt from the speech Gardner explains the following:“In short, we are likely to do better by building our House of World Orderfrom the bottom up rather than the top down. It will look like a great,booming, buzzing confusion, to use William James’s famous description ofreality, but a final run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece bypiece, is likely to get us to world order faster than the old-fashioned frontalattack.”

In The Future of Federalism (1969) Nelson Rockefeller claims that currentevents compellingly demand a New World Order as the old order is crumbling,and there is “a new and free order struggling to be born.” Rockefeller said:“There is a fever of nationalism. The nation-state is becoming less and lesscompetent to perform its international political tasks. These are some ofthe reasons pressing us to lead vigorously toward the true building of a NewWorld Order.”The former West-German Chancellor Willy Brandt declared the following aboutthe planned New World Order:“The New World Order is a world that will have one supranationalauthority that will regulate the world trade and industry; an internationalorganization that will control the production and consumption ofpetroleum; an international currency that will replace the dollar and aninternational police force to command the decrees of the New WorldOrder.”Henry Kissinger, in address before the General Assembly of the United Nations(1975), said:“To all peoples and governments: Let us fashion together a New WorldOrder.”On April 18, 1991, the Dalai Lama said to the members of the United StatesCongress in Washington:“Perhaps the time has come to think more deeply or more philosophically inorder to solve or to find new arrangements that are more enlightened andcivilized, or what you call the New World Order. I feel the New WorldOrder should be based on principles of compassion and freedom.”Mikhail Gorbachev said:“World progress is only possible through a search for universal humanconsensus as we move forward to a New World Order.”Henry Kissinger wrote in the Los Angeles Times concerning NAFTA:“What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreementbut the architecture of a new international system. a first step toward aNew World Order.” 12

In the Philadelphia Inquirer (October 1994) Nelson Mandela said:“The New World Order that is in the making must focus on the creation of aworld of democracy, peace and prosperity for all.”President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt told the New York Times :“The renewal of the non-proliferation treaty was described as important forthe welfare of the whole world and the New World Order.” 13After the 9/11 attacks, David Rockefeller, at the annual Bilderberger-conferencesaid:“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the rightmajor crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic, said at the InternationalInstitute for Strategic Studies (London, November 18, 2004), that to create afairer World Order no state could act independently.“It is by recognizing the new reality of a multi-polar and inter-dependentworld that we will succeed in building a sounder and fairer internationalorder.”He also claimed:“The world needs a strong Europe in a reforged transatlantic partnership tobuild the New World Order that will guarantee lasting peace, security andeconomic and human progress.” 14During the sixty-second session of the United Nations General Assembly (NewYork, September 25, 2007) M. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the FrenchRepublic said:“It’s on a global scale that we must consider and resolve the world’sproblems. France intends to pursue with all people of goodwill the battle tobuild the New World Order of the twenty-first century. Peoples of theworld, together we can build a better world for all mankind. In the name ofFrance, I call on all States to unite to found the New World Order of thetwenty-first century.” 15There are hundreds more articles and speeches by those actively working tomake global government a reality. Although the New World Order is presentedas a world of democracy, peace and prosperity, in point of fact it will be a
