Describe how energy is stored, used and distributed in the bodies’ cells, and thepathways and energy systems in the body that are applicable to exercise.2. Describe the basic physiology of the nervous and endocrine systems, and how thosesystems adapt to physical training.3. Describe the most important aspects of muscle and nerve adaptations to training andunderstand how this affects Clients’ results with training programs.4. Thoroughly describe, demonstrate and provide practical examples of the types ofmuscle actions that exist in relation to gravity and force.5. Describe the overall physiology of the cardiopulmonary system and understand howthis affects Clients’ health risks, cardiovascular endurance and results with training.6. Describe the basics of thermoregulation and know why it matters to Clients intraining.7. Provide a detailed discussion on body composition, body types, fat mass, and bodycomposition changes, especially as they relate to gender differences.8. Describe all the major muscles of arms, shoulders, torso, gluteus, hips, and legs.9. Describe the role and explain connective tissue differences between types, etc.10. The exam will be available for 60 days after the date of your purchase.6. You must obtain a score of 80% or greater to pass. You have two attempts to pass the exam.7. Threeof these 15 credit hours must be from SCW Fitness Education.
