DJUHSD CTE GOALS Ensure that upon completion of high school, students will possess strong foundational skillsand advanced skills in the career field of their choice, allowing students to exit programs,pursue postsecondary education, and/or enter occupations directly. Integrate academic and career and technical education instruction and utilize work-basedand work site learning experiences where appropriate and available. Every student will have the opportunity to access CTE programs and services. CTE programs will meet local labor demands including those of new and emergingoccupations.
