This means thatall referrals for these shelters must come via a 2-1-1 referral. It’s important to note the shelters areprimarily filled via the Coordinated Entry system, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. While you can contact2-1-1 during the off hours, please keep in mind shelter space is typically full at those times. Arrivalwithout contacting 211 at these locations will not facilitate the person’s entry into shelter.Coordinated Entry is available 24/7 by dialing 2-1-1 / local 414-773-0211 / toll-free 1-866-211-3380.Police officers may initiate the call for the person with consent.
