Monday-Saturday for all-day parking is 2.00 and you may purchase one-day permits atvarious ticket dispensers located in the parking lots.Full semester parking permits are available at theBursar’s office 20- 40.Financial Aid:Not covered for fee-based classes.Payments/Fees:You may pay for your classes online atwww.vvcforme.com or in person at the Bursar’sOffice (Bldg. 52) before classes begin. Instructorscan NOT accept payment in the classroom. Therewill be a 25 service charge for all returned checks.There will be a 10 service charge for refunds(applies only to student cancellations).Transfers:One time class transfers are permitted if notifiedwithin 24 hours BEFORE workshop start datesunless stated otherwise in workshop description.Disability Accommodations:Please notify our office 10 working days in advanceprior to the program start date. You can helpsave a good workshop by registering at least oneweek before it begins.Refund Policy:If you must cancel your enrollment due to anyreason, you must request a refund or credit within(3) business days only prior to the class start date.If Community Education cancels a class due to lowenrollment, 100% of collected fees will be creditedto your account, or refunded to you in the form of acheck (your choice). Credits to your account areimmediate; however, refunds take approximatelyfour to six weeks to issue. A 10 processing feeapplies to student cancellations.
