Classes taught are LifespanDevelopment, Biological Basis of Behavior, and Child and Adolescent Intervention. Alsoserve as Assistant Director of Clinical Training/Practicum Coordinator, coordinatingclinical placement sites, supervisors and students, and resolving any issues that arise. Inaddition, duties include overseeing a clinical supervision team of 7 students andoverseeing a research team of 5-6 students. Research interests are related to AutismSpectrum Disorder, particularly in social thinking interventions, transition to adulthood,online social support, and family adjustment. Ongoing clinical service duties include 10clients per month, and one evaluation per month. Duties also include universityinvolvement in committees and ongoing professional service to the community. Duties include bimonthly review of 1500 pages of investigation, communications, and legal notices relatedto ethical complaints submitted to the board. Full-day board meetings for discussion,deliberation, and decision-making are bi-monthly. Annual attendance and participationwith Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards national meetings is alsoinvolved. This service on the board also includes membership on the EducationCommittee, which reviews continuing education requirements and the educationalqualifications of incoming applicants for licensure.
