Fermilab Access Policy1. As indicated on the indico agenda velaccommodation-internet2. The laboratory is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. To enter, you need an ID(passport, or for US citizens, driver's license) and the name of your destination.3. We are in Wilson Hall, on the first floor, in the One West (WH1W) meeting room.4. All participants are expected to wear event badges and restrict themselvesto the meeting rooms/areas used for the workshop.5. For more information please consult the Fermilab Access Policy.6. WiFi Network Access Network access at Fermilab for personal laptops: For visitors without FNAL accounts/badge to have networkaccess Register a personally owned device for FNAL Services accountholders for network access If you registered (WiFi MAC address) your laptop you should use ‘fgz’network, if not you can use ‘guest’ or ‘eduroam’ In either case, you may be blocked without further notice, for a number ofreasons (having a web server running, password-less login, VPN clientextensions, etc.): IF YOU LOSE WiFi connectivity please see the service desk at theground floor (north side, see map in this presentation and on indicoagenda), you can also call them from any FNAL phone at 2345Gabriele Benelli, Brown University4 3rd Rucio Community Workshop at the LPC, Mar 10th 2020

Coffee breaks and floor maps As you probably already know, all coffee breaks have been canceled andthe registration fee as been waived for everyone Find a PDF with all relevant Wilson Hall floors on the indico agenda under“Meeting Room Map”: orplan All breaks will still happen, but there will be no refreshments setup You are still welcome to go get your coffee/tea/snacks either at the Cafeteria(just across from One West on the first floor of Wilson Hall) or upstairs atthe 11th floor North East corner where we have a tea kettle with some teabags, some biscotti and Nespresso machines with pods. Tours We organized 1 tour of the D0 Tevatron experiment for Thursday Mar 12at 3:00pm at the D0 assembly building (https://goo.gl/maps/3JgPe9YtHKJD7xhS9): Hopefully you signed-up at https://forms.gle/CtGAoj5iZtVj7Shs6. The number of people is limited and any potential extra spots will beassigned on a first come first serve basis. In order to go on the tours, participants will need to: Wear closed-toe shoes that are comfortable for walking in (no highheels) Wear their conference badges.
