Differentplan versions can be used to experiment with different scenarios, for simulations and for comparisonpurposes. Only one of these plan versions represents the valid organizational plan, and is flagged as theactive or integrated plan version Plan versions exist independently of each other This facility enables you to prepare for future staff requisitions or changes and, thereby, respondaccordingly. Plan versions allow you to depict alternative plans in the system, however only one plancan be integrated at a time. Plan versions exist independently of each other. They can be created as a copy of the original planin statements using report RHCOPL00 Copy Plan Version Report RHCOPLPT Reconcile Plan Version supports you when transferring data from an inactiveplan version to the active and integrated plan version. Nevertheless, this report is not able to updatepersonal data in info type 0001.
