Smith has been invaluable for us because itprovides us with instantname recognition and credibility to our customers, anyone in the market is familiarwith the name and understands the quality that it conveys.Plumbing News: Whatare the facets of the program that you have put intoplace to make this work?Joseph Roche: Thebiggest things we havedone is allowing the customers a 24/7 phone numberthat they can call to getquestions answered or geta quote or purchase aheater if the situation callsfor it, in the Raleigh Apexmarket we offer 24/7 delivery on our commercial product line as well as lift gatetrucks, stair climbers andother tools to make thingseasier on them.
