AGENDA ITEM# 18Consider approving interqovernmental agreement withconstruction of road at the Taylor Airport.CityofTaylorforAttorney Ted Hejl discussed intergovernmental agreement which CountyAttorney Gene Taylor has reviewed.Mr. Hej1 advised the City of Tayloraccepts full responsibility for construction and design of road with thecosts being allocated to Williamson County. The cost has been estimated at 700,000.00with final figure to be available upon final road design andconstruction costs.Commissioner Limmer advised Williamson County will have no responsibilityfor construction of road, all manpower, labor or equipment. The City ofTaylor will also accept responsibility for the east end of the stub ofCounty Road 398 - approximately 300 feet.
