Selection Criteria for Acceptance/Admission to MANERanking of applicants will be based on the followingcriteria:Acceptance Criteria1. TEAS composite score divided by a factor of 10(Ex: Composite score of 72% 7.2.)2. First semester GPA of MANE Program Plan (Ex:2.75)3. Written Statement on Experiences and Attributes.4. All applicants, regardless of LPN status, will beplaced into a common applicant pool based onnumeric score based on the MEA criteria.

Data Analysis –Measuring ObjectivesDocumentationof current CPR for the Healthcare Provider.and ImprovementEvidence of having completed the following criteria must be submittedto the MANE collaborating college and university prior to the start ofMANE nursing courses and must remain current throughout theprogram. Requirements include, but may not be limited to:1.2. Completion of current Minnesota Human Services BackgroundCheck If an applicant has been arrested, charged or convicted of anycriminal offense, he or she should investigate the impact thatthe charge or conviction may have on his or her chances ofemployment or licensure as a registered nurse and the student’schances to obtain federal, state and other higher educationfinancial aid ( by Minnesota Statute 135A. 157). If the applicant refuses, or is disqualified as a result of thebackground study, the applicant will be unable to successfullycomplete the requirements of the MANE program.3. Completed health and immunization record, including proof ofcurrent immunizations and tuberculosis testing, and/or otherrequirements as defined by the clinical agency.Findings
