SERIAL NUMBER IDENTIFICATIONORDERING REPLACEMENT PARTSThe serial number tag is located on the top flange of the unit frame. Ordering Replacement PartsPrompt service can be rendered on replacement part orders if the following information isgiven:1. The serial number must be given when ordering replacement parts.2. State the exact part number needed. Do not order by index numbers, asindex numbers are repeated throughout this manual and if used for orderingparts will necessitate time consuming correspondence.3. State the exact quantity needed.4. State the preferred type of transportation.All replacement parts are to be ordered through an authorized distributor. Insist onGenuine Quincy Parts only! Failure to do so may void your warranty.WARNINGDANGERGuards must be fastened in place beforestarting the machine and never removedbefore disconnecting and locking out themain power supply.Air in the piping from this equipment willcause severe injury or death if used forbreathing air or food processing (If non-foodgrade fluid is used). FLUID SPECIFICATIONSQuincy Compressor recommends that all Quincy Rotary Screw Compressors be filledwith one of the following QuinSyn Brand synthetic fluids:QuinSyn PG QuinSyn F (food grade)QuinSyn Plus QuinSyn XP Synthetic fluids other than QuinSyn brand(s) may not be compatible with componentsused in a Quincy Compressor. If it is deemed necessary to convert a QuincyCompressor to a synthetic other than QuinSyn brand, please contact an authorizedQuincy Compressor distributor.
