TRAUMA INFORMEDCOACHING BASICS (TICB)The Trauma Informed Coaching Basics (TICB) is specifically designed for those interested in thebasic principles required for Trauma Informed Coaching, Credentialed ICF Coaches who want toreview ICF Core Competency Model (2021) for CCEU credits, Coaches with no prior knowledgeof the ICF and ICF Core Competencies, various health professionals and interested individuals.TICB is a requirement before enrolling in the Trauma Informed Coaching Certification (TICC).This program is designed to introduce the concept of coaching, the ICF Core CompetenciesModel (2021), ICF Ethical requirements, and how to have a confident coaching conversation.*The training focuses on what it means to be a Coach, what is expected from an ICF CredentialedCoach, and to start to build a foundation for undertaking a coaching process. ICF MENTORING (ICFM)ICF Mentor Coaching is a collaborative mentor coaching and feedback involving an appreciativeand communicative process based on observed or recorded coaching sessions. This increasesthe capability of the Coach and alignments with the ICF Core Competencies in preparation forsubmission review.Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coachingcompetency demanded by the desired credential level. We are pleased to offer Mentor Coachingfor your accreditation at the ACC level.Our Mentor bundle consists of a one-hour group mentor session for seven sessions and onehour one-on-one sessions for three sessions. Mentoring will take place over a three-month timeframe to prepare you for the final requirements to apply for an ACC certification.

ONLINE ATTENDANCE & COMPLETIONThe International Coach Federation (ICF) requiresparticipants to attend 80% of the in-class portion of TICBand TICC training to obtain a certificate of completion and100% of the online ICFM to apply for ACC accreditation.WHAT THIS MEANSFacilitators will record your absence in increments of15-minutes. If you miss a full session, your time missedwill be recorded as 180 minutes. If you arrive late or needto leave for any reason, the amount of time missed will berecorded. All these minutes accrue as the course continues,and if you miss more than 20% of the time, you will not bemeet the attendance requirement for the program.COMMITMENT BREAKDOWN PER COURSEThe Trauma Informed Coaching Basics (TICB) is eightdays of online training. The Trauma Informed CoachingCertification (TICC) is fifteen days of online training.The Mentor Bundle is ten days of online training.TICB has 8 sessions x 3 hours 1440 min. total.TICC has 12 sessions x 3 hours 2160 min. total.ICFM has 10 sessions x 1 hour 600 min. total.FAILURE TO MEET THE ICF REQUIREMENTShould you fail to meet this requirement, you may retake thefull course (at a reduced rate) if there is availability.COURSE COMPLETIONWithin five (5) days of the last day of class you must:- Complete online exam with a minimum of 80% pass.- Complete the online reporting required for either course.- Complete the online evaluation.
