3PASSES AND ID CARDS All ID cards and passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. Recreation Department ID cards are required by all residents six years of age or older. A general ID is required to enter the facility, use the gymnasium, game room, pool, sauna, racquetball court, to sign up for classes or to reserve rooms or parks. With a general ID card you pay daily user fees each timeyou swim or workout, unless you have purchased a swimor weight room pass. All passes also require a general ID card. ID cards may be purchased during the Bellefontaine Recreation Center’s hours of operation.TO GETANID CARD YOU MUST:1. 6PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATIONResident Registration - Monday, Aug. 18 beginning at 9:00 a.m.Open Registration - Tuesday, Sept. 2 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Registration runs until class limits are met. During open registration, residents and nonresidents may enroll. Residents, please register before open registration to insure a slot inclass. Residents, please bring your ID card so that registration will go quicker. Full payment must be made before being added to the roster. The Recreation Center accepts either cash or check for any amount. Credit cards areaccepted for charges 15.00 or more only. The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any class due to lowenrollment. If a class is cancelled you will receive a full refund or credit. You can cancel any enrollment before a class begins, with a 3.00 surcharge for refundchecks.
